I've used Brothers for years now to have the carpets in my home cleaned. They are always professional, courteous, on time, and do a great job. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

First cleaning service we called and will forever call. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of both the reception desk and the cleaner. If I ever come to the point of recommending a carpet cleaning business it will be this one. Very very reasonably priced and the job was quick! And thorough. Jeremy cleaned our carpets and gave us the break down of what he would be doing and what he'd be using. I appreciate being kept in the loop on what I'll be walking on! Thank you Brothers!

Brothers Cleaning has been taking care of our carpeted areas for several years and has done an excellent job. It has extended the life of our carpet. They recently cleaned the upholstery on our sectional, making it look 100% better.

Scott was very service oriented. The team did a great job suggesting window and sill cleaning first so anything stirred up would be removed during that carpet cleaning process. Small things make a difference in value add and quality of care. Overall, very pleased with the service.

I have used Brothers for two houses, for several years. Brothers staff have always been very user friendly, scheduling me when I needed it with little wait time. They always make me aware of special deals and are very reasonably priced. The technicians have all been likeable, respectful, on time and always seem to know their craft well. The 2 technicians from Brothers', Jeremy and Cormac, did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional, super polite, and very thorough. They did a great job and I will definitely ask for them the next time we need our carpets and upholstery cleaned!

Technician arrived on time and took detailed notes as to what needed to be done in each room and did what I requested. He was able to remove stains from the carpet that the last cleaner could not remove. I had him vacuum first as dog hair has been a problem. We are very satisfied and will call Brothers again! The technician arrived on time, and went over the scope of the work prior to starting. We discussed what he would do, and he did exactly that! When finished, the carpets and upholstery that he cleaned looked great, and even better when they had completely dried. I would use them again, and recommend them to my friends.

Worst customer service ever.
I'm in Minnesota, never have done business with this outfit. Yet they continue to charge my card $38 every week.
I've tried to contact them by all means available.
Im just waiting for the total to tally a felony offense amount before I report it.

So thorough!! Our carpets look almost new! Scott was at our house 3.5 hrs and did an amazing job. We also has several pieces of furniture done and they look fantastic. We installed new carpets about 5 years ago. Although we are careful...and with only two of us at home...our carpets still became soiled in high-traffic areas. It was time to hire a professional carpet cleaning service. One of neighbors recommended Brothers Cleaning Services. We called Brothers, set an appointment and received an email confirming our appointment and advising us that "Scott" would be meeting with us. Days before our appointment, we received a "reminder" email from Brothers regarding our appointment date and time. On the morning of our appointment, we received another email advising us that Scott was on his way and would arrive on time. As promised, Scott arrived exactly on time and even wore a surgical mask to help mitigate the possible spread of Covid 19. Scott was nothing less than professional and courteous. After surveying the condition of our carpets, Scott gave us a reasonable cleaning cost and we quickly agreed to move forward. The cleaning took about 2 or 3 hours and everything went very smoothly. Again, Brothers Cleaning Services (and Scott) was nothing less than professional and courteous. The complete drying of our wet/damp carpets took about 24 hours but we were not inconvenienced. The heavy traffic areas didn't come out as clean as we had hoped but looked much better than before. We will absolutely use Brothers again for our future cleaning needs and recommend Brothers to those who seeking professional cleaning services.
