Janitorial reviews in Springfield, Oregon

Omega Cleaning is the best cleaning company around!

The staff is friendly and they are good at their job.

This is a wonderful company, and I recommend to anyone to look into their services for your commercial needs.

Very friendly staff and amazing attention to detail. They exceeded my expectations. I will be hiring them again for sure.

Did not meet the terms of the contract. There were many areas and rooms that were left unclean. I had to go over their work, multiple times, and there was no attention to detail.

This company does an amazing job. They don’t miss one speck of dust, a single corner, and did more than I asked to make sure that I was left satisfied. We will be using this company again!

This place is a joke . They do not stand by there word . They treat employees awful and with no respect . Over work you and won't pay like they say they will . Customers houses , businesses, etc are being cross contaminated because they don't use separate rags to clean with ( that's why colored rags was made)to use each one for a different task toilets for toilets , kitchen eith kitchen walls with walls !! Not omega they use same ones to wipe bathroom toilet sink in the kitchen or on walls in front room disgusting surprised no ones got sick . If there was a option for half star I would use it . Definitely not worth working for and definitely not worthy to pay them to contaminate your house or place of business.

I love Omega Cleaning!! They do a fantastic job on my house, rental and commercial properties and their employees are wonderful. Highly recommend. 🥰

Chris and his crew are above professional! They left our rental spotless after it was left looking like a slasher movie. Definitely using them again and highly recommend!

Worst service ever. Laziest, slowest, most gossipy cleaners. Left dirt and pet hair behind, because they never move anything to clean behind it, unless you stand there and tell them to. Then they look confused, oh you want me to move that and clean behind it? Those words actually came out of the girl's mouth. I took pictures and shared them with the rude lady who scheduled the cleaners, she didn't even care, instead she argued with me over the time they were here. They were supposed to arrive at 3 and showed up a half hour early and sat in their car, and that's when they started their time, even though they didn't start working until 3:15 when I finally had to go out and tell them to come in. So either the lady in charge was aware of the fact that they lie about the lack of time they spend working, or she doesn't care that they lie. Now they're saying they didn't receive my check for their pathetic work, and are over charging me and sending it to collections. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I would report them to BBB but they aren't a member, no surprise there.

Omega has worked for me for over a year and have proven to be trustworthy and reliable. We are very pleased with their work. The staff is friendly, quick and thorough.

We have been using Omega cleaning for a few years now and appreciate the responsiveness of the owner whenever we communicate. He is always on top of trying to provide the best service.

I love Omega Cleaning! I've used them twice for moveout cleans and received 100% of my deposit back both times! I will never hire another cleaning company to do my moveout cleans. They are simply the best in town.

I have had Omega Cleaning out to clean my residency multiple times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Great to work with, fantastic staff, A++ Quality! Definitely let them throw their hat in the ring if you're shopping around for a cleaning company to service your needs.

Topher came to my home to do ALL of my windows on the inside! They have never been cleaner! He took them out and cleaned all the mold that gets stuck in the tracks 100%. It's amazing having all the dirt, mold and puppy nose prints off of our beautiful windows!
Thank you Topher! You are amazing! Highly recommend!
