They did a horrible horrible job. They kept asking if I wanted them to dust. I was a little suprised since I had hired them for a deep cleaning.

Their dusting was bad, lots of place not done at all, and the dining room table was half dusted and half not.

Whatever they used to clean my microwave with had metal in it because it only sparked after that and I had to replace it.

They cleaned my fridge, but the drawers are broken and don't work correctly any longer.

There was more, but just a warning. They never responded back to me either when I left a voicemail about everything and that was before I knew about the microwave.

If you use them, you will take your chances.

I don't typically write reviews, but had to share my experience with this new company "Confident House Cleaning"
Sunday I was stressing out because the following day I had an event scheduled at my house. My home was well over due for a deep cleaning and I was running out of time. I couldn't find anyone to help on a Sunday with such short notice at a price I could afford.

A friend recommended Confident House Cleaning.

I called in a panic and they arrived a short time later. I was surprised when, the actual owners of the company showed up and simply
asked what I needed.

Neil and Tabetha were wonderful. I was amazed at how well they worked together, like a well-oiled machine. They got busy!!! Cleaning the walls, windows, floors, cabinets, ceilings, drawers, etc… Tabetha even helped touch up the paint on the trim that was looking a little shabby.

It was getting late when they started packing up their state of the art equipment. Steamers, Covid killing sprays, steam mop, glass-specific cloths, etc…

When Neil inquired to what time my event started. I told him 2:00pm. He then said they would be back first thing in the morning to help with anything else I needed.

The next morning they showed up with a leaf blower, squeegee/pole for the windows, and other items I didn't even think about. All at the orginal price we agreed on. The event went well. My house looked beautiful and even had comments on what a great house keeper I am... Thank you Confident House Cleaning for the outstanding job you did!

Have loved confidence house cleaning! They are so easy to communicate with and do an amazing job - it is so nice to come home to a sparkling clean house! If you’re thinking about giving them a try, I highly recommend!

Lived in a house for 2 years with roommates that definitely needed a deep clean to get our deposit back. These guys got it looking spotless in a very speedy and thorough manor, the bathroom especially looked better then we could’ve gotten it ourselves. Very confident about getting out deposit back now thanks to them. Would highly recommend

Neil and Tabetha were great! I was able to get help from them on very late notice, for a potentially daunting kitchen clean, cleaning nearly every dish in my house, cabinets, counter tops and floor that hadn't been touched in some time, due to disability. I'm also very picky, as I've been a housekeeper before for many years, and have tried a few other people, and was never fully satisfied, feeling like I would've done better, but not this time! Thanks guys! Can't wait to have you back!

I needed my home deep cleaned & sanitized prior to surgery & a friend recommended Confident House Cleaning so I gave them a call. I’m so thankful I did, they went above & beyond meticulously cleaning every inch of my home ensuring I’d have a safe place to recover. And, after surgery they brought me flowers!! If you’re looking for a company that knows how to clean & goes beyond the norm, look no further. They do what they say (perfectly), when they say and they make sure you are satisfied!

Neil and Tabetha have done a great job for years for my mother. My wife and I just started with them and they are great!

I read all the great reviews and Neil and Tabatha viewed my home first, talked to me about their professional services for a “move in clean” with 3 experienced people, & set a fairly high price. What they said sounded good and I agreed. I was so disappointed and unhappy overall. Only one person cleaned for the first @ 2 hrs, Mika, and she worked hard and steady and did a great job @ the windows. They came unprepared, and Neil and Tabatha came and went during their errands. I must say, I did not appreciate, nor was asked, if they could bring their 2 adult pit bulls. It may be fine for people with animals, but my home/yard cannot accommodate large loose pit bulls. I was concerned about the dogs left in the car; I suggested they just take dogs home and leave in the AC (I don’t live far) but they chose to leave the dogs in their hot car, only 3 windows would roll half down, the 4th did not roll down at all, she said. I believe in responsible dog ownership and this was not it. Neil spent much time at the car with the dogs, or inside on his tablet. I did not see him do any cleaning. In 4 hrs only the bedroom and primary bath floors were cleaned—Neil announced mid-way that they don’t clean toilets, tubs or showers. These are brand new. My floors are brand new, and they were left mostly untouched. This was definitely NOT a “move in clean”. I wanted to come home and take a bath, instead I’m cleaning it myself.
Cannot in good faith recommend them, or have them back.

Neil, when you ask for reviews and then don’t like the reviews, instead of bashing your trusting and now unhappy customers online with lies, just refund their $$$. Be ethical.

I had confident cleaning come do a deep clean of my house and it looks amazing! Not only did they do a great job but they are also non judgmental. Super nice people who do great work.

Neil, Tabetha, and crew do a fantastic job. They go above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of and I would highly recommend partnering with them for your short and long term rentals. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Definitely 5 stars as we love having Neil and Tabetha from Confident House Cleaning! Not only are they professional and thorough, but they are very kind and considerate. I have never really known how to effectively provide feedback to house cleaners; however, this team encourages feedback and periodically checks in to see if there are any requests or updates to discuss. I could not appreciate this more as it has made me feel more comfortable asking for more attention to certain areas or inquiring about specific tasks. We have a monthly plan with them where they come twice per month and also do deep cleans throughout the year. I cannot express how awesome this has been for our family (3 kids, our house needs it!). They offer additional services like shampooing the carpet. I am very excited for that to happen during their next visit and their prices are very affordable. Out of all the house cleaners I've had over the last twenty years, Neil and Tabetha are by far my favorites due to their professionalism, thoroughness, and flexibility! As an added bonus - our old dog adores them and gets so excited when he sees them coming :)
