I’ve hired Pam and her crew to clean my sty of a house for over a year now and I always come home to “wow” (as promised!)

With “the Covid” they’ve continued to be responsive and on time with my monthly clean (one of my only perks I continue to pay for).

Lily cleaned my house (it was especially dirty!) today all by herself and it was even more sparkling than usual! I will continue to recommend this essential service!

Sam, Sandy, and Sarah came by to clean our house this past week and we’re absolutely excellent! They were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning our relatively messy house. They were also very kind to our cat and mindful of the fact that he stays indoors when they went back and forth to their cars to get supplies. 10/10 would recommend!

Pam, who I assume is the customer service representative, was fantastic. She replied to my emails, she responded to my questions and concerns and her cleaning team did a great job. When Pam wasn't available to answer questions another employee, Dawn, responded in short manner. They showed up, were on time, were thorough, and made payment easy. Top of the Class Clean is a Top-Notch cleaning service. I have used them for almost one year. I own a short term rental home. Their cleaning crew is scheduled several times a month per my request and service scheduling. Always on time, and very professional!

The absolute worst. And, I know the owner is going to reply and try to tear me apart. But, I hired them for a move out clean. I was open that the house wasn't in the best shape on the intake form (under condition, I even selected "poor"), but also informed the crew they sent out of areas not to worry about because the landlord was going to do repairs and renovations on. We also informed the crew there were a few items left after our move, and that we would be back the week after to pick them up. Was given a quote and, although hesitant about the price tag, we agreed and had 2 workers come out. We figured the high price meant good work.

Just a few hours later, I received an email stating their workers felt the job would take longer than expected, and had left early. Reasons given were the same issues we told them to not worry about because the landlord had to come and fix. Got another email later saying they canceled the job, but would be billing me for the whole time quoted. As we were out of town, our friend came by to take a walkthrough, and found the crew had left the house a pigsty. Piles from sweeping left in the middle of the floor, cleaning products left around, and only minimal cleaning noticed. When I reached out to the company, the owner replied and immediately began degrading my wife and me, and changing the terms of their "move out cleaning." She accused me of fraud because I hadn't changed the address with my bank yet, and as such had the billing address as the address we moved from (because, you know, it was the address the bank had), and of having one of the most "disgusting houses" her team had ever seen, despite leaving the house mostly clean besides the typical mess from moving and some issue for the landlord to follow up on. Every email I sent to discuss the situation was met with rude remarks from the owner, and threats of collections if I was even 1 day past the payment due date.

The following weekend, my wife and I returned to collect the remaining few items (maybe 2 small boxes and a Swiffer mop, and some frozen food our cooler wasn't big enough for the first trip). They billed us 4 hours for 2 trained cleaners to sit around and do nothing, but claim they cleaned 2 rooms. My wife and I (disabled and not professional cleaners) took 5 hours and cleaned the entire house, top to bottom, clean enough the landlord refunded the entire security deposit. Which, in the Springfield/Eugene area is a pretty hard feat.

This is a great company. I was blown away by the deep cleaning my house received. The attention to detail was awesome. Everyone has been super friendly and caring. Nobody has shamed me for letting things get out of such disarray. My questions are always answered promptly, and it’s clear what I am paying for. A genuine hard working small business that cares about customer communication and satisfaction.

There is nothing quite like coming home to a clean home! Pam and her team are incredibly thorough and reasonable in their pricing. It's nice to work with the same crew and have a consistent schedule. I highly recommend Top of the Class Clean!

I recently hired Top of The Class Clean for a much-needed deep clean on my house. They were very easy to work with, professional, timely in communications, and the work they did was great. I wish I could do a regular service, but I'm very happy with the deep clean they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. My dog was also very happy that the crew who came out were friendly and he felt at-ease while they were there :)

I used Valley Cleaners for the first time last week and they are AMAZING! From the booking part directly with the owner Molly, to their actual cleaning, people the whole experience was amazing. Molly was very flexible and I received immediate response every time there was communication. Jenn was our cleaning lady and she was extremely good. We had her for a deep cleaning and she was there for eight hours and it was worth every penny. Buy the time she was done, our home was completely spotless.
I would highly recommend Valley Cleaners to anyone!
