Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Oregon

Seemed very knowledgeable and skilled when he came out to do a bid, but he never followed up and provided the quote despite multiple requests.

Working with CLEOS was great. They were affordable, fast and flexible for my needs which was a wide variety of concrete jobs. Driveway, sidewalk, pathing, porch, stairs, basement egress, and retaining wall. Will work with CLEOs again!

Great service! Professional and sipper value for the money! Love his work!

Cleo’s construction went above and beyond. They provided creative insight to our project and worked efficiently and throughly. Theo was an avid communicator keeping me in the loop with timeline, changes etc. will defiantly be using them for future projects!

Cleo’s Construction put in our new driveway and walkway. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Great communication skills. They did everything that was discussed, were very punctual and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them for our next project. We love our new driveway. Ten stars!

We hired Cleo's Construction to redo our front and back patios and we are so happy with them! They are beautiful. They were also able to include a wheelchair ramp and make it look very unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing. All of the crew was so kind and friendly to my kids as well and they had so much fun watching the project!

Cleo Concrete did a wonderful job on my new driveway here in the Holiday Farm fire rebuild area

Very happy with Cleo's Construction. From our first call, Leo always communicated well and showed up on time. They did a great job on our project adding onto our driveway and making a walkway to our backyard. Would definitely recommend.

Leo and his team were professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. The quality of their work is outstanding. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled concrete contractor, I highly recommend them!

CLeo's did a very nice job on my front porch! 🙌Very Professional and excellent concrete work! I would highly recommend this company.

Leo and his team did an amazing job and clearly enjoyed and took a great deal of pride in the work they were doing. The patio came out amazing and at a great price. Leo took the extra time to really think through the design to help us end up with an outstanding investment. I would not use anyone else.

Leo was very responsive when i contacted him for a bid to replace my patio. He showed up on time to look at the project and sent me the bid as promised in a very timely manner. When we scheduled the job, his crew arrived on the day and time we agreed on. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The patio turned out beautifully and well above my expectations. Five stars! I highly recommend Cleo’s Construction for any of your concrete or construction projects.

I rated this review 5 stars only because there wasn't a 10 star option. My project was pretty good size and difficult access. 30 x 40 monolithic pad. They had to do the excavation too, on a sloping ground. They were fast, professional, we'll mannered and friendly. Leo went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and the job went smoothly. The only thing that held them up was getting the inspection done and that was our fault. Actual working days, they got it done in 3 days! Start to pour. I needed a smooth finish and upon curing, it was smooth as glass. My opinion, these guys are as best as they come. You won't be disappointed hiring Cleos Construction for your project! Cost was right on the money.

Leo, and his entire team are great to work with. Excellent work, and attention to detail are just some of the reasons why Cleo’s Construction is so recommended.

Cleo's Construction was very fast with presenting us a bid and the job of installing a concrete addition to our current patio was started quickly. The crew was very efficient, professional, hard working and worked long hours. We were very pleased with the price and end results. We would diffidently hire them again. They take pride in the work they do.

Cleo's Construction did such a good job on tearing out my old concrete and putting in a new patio slab that I hired them again for a second project. Very competitive pricing, extremely good at the finish work such as joint placement and sloping. Great communication and I highly recommend them.

Leo and his crew did a fantastic job on my 56’x43’ slab for my building. Very friendly, very professional and the job was done in an extremely timely manner. Couldn’t ask for better.

Cleo’s Construction is an excellent concrete company with lots of knowledge and experience. Punctual and easy to communicate with. Great teamwork and detail oriented with careful attention to plan measurements and beautiful finish work. We are extremely happy with the wonderful job they did!

Leo was great! He and his crew did an excellent job, which included having to deal with the City of Eugene permits, taking down a tree, and a broken water pipe that the city cut through. The end result is a beautiful driveway, sidewalk, and apron. Leo’s estimate was right on, and he’s very straightforward and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

I love the quality work that they give! They do everything and are good at it! Definitely would give a 10 star if I could!

They can do about everything! We've had them reside our house, paint it, build porch, pour concrete ect... They're very nice, clean up before leaving. They are truly from the ground up! Thanks Dory and Alan!
