My mother was cooking in the kitchen and started a grease fire. Smoke spread throughout the house and my cabinets were charred. We didn’t know how to get the smoke and oily residue off everything. Fortunately, Shane from 911 Restoration came out almost as soon as we called them. They got everything cleaned up and it’s good as new. I was worried that the smell would never come out! Shane and the 911 Team worked a quick miracle! I’m forever grateful, thank you guys so much!

I went up into my attic for the first time in a long time and smelled something very pungent. Turns out, a leak in the roof had gone unnoticed for quite some time. Seth and Shane came out for an inspection and were able to quickly remove my moldy insulation and spray some kind of disinfectant with a fog machine while the roof was being fixed. It was a quick and painless project, I’d happily use them again!

The pipes under my kitchen sink had a major leak while I was at work for most of the day. There was so much water under the sink, all over my kitchen floor, and on my living room carpet. I was pretty stressed to say the least, but the 911 team came within an hour of my call and started working to dry the area immediately. Everyone was so professional and courteous. Hats off to Dan and his 911 restoration crew. I recently purchased a car that had a real severe odor issue. The car had been sitting for about 6 years and was full of junk and a dead rat. I had 2 separate people work on the car to try to eliminate the odor but to no avail. I came back from a vacation and discovered a huge amount of water in my kitchen. Apparently the feed line to the dishwasher burst and had been draining into the house for days. After calling 911 Restoration, Dan, Shane and Seth showed up very quickly. They promptly got to work and set up their drying equipment. It was an extra weight off my shoulders when they dealt with my insurance provider directly. No only were they extremely professional, but they were all around really nice and polite in my time of stress. I had an excellent experience with Dan Atchison and 911 Restoration. He was professional, showed great attention to detail and was very responsive throughout the process. He addressed my concerns about mold in the house with testing that had a quick 24 hour turnaround for results. Dan even went above and beyond to notice that the dehumidifiers in my daughters’ rooms had full tanks and offered a thoughtful recommendation for a more efficient solution.

Being hired for my insurance job went right to work. The job was to replace laundry room flooring damaged by a leaking water heater. Well, adjacent to this room is a studio apartment that I depend on for income. My renter had just moved out and I was ready to list it again. The only damage here was to the closet floor. They were supposed to remove the old laundry flooring but besides that they also removed all the apartment flooring…315sqft!!! I was horrified. Then I find out that all they do is tear stuff up and subcontract the rebuild. My insurance company didn’t approve the rebuild bid which of course was 3x more than it should have been. The laundry room is only about 95 sqft and a closet is exactly that. This was about May 25 and everything is stalled. Dan was very nice but These people have cost me 2 months rent($1800) so far. Looks like I’m going to have to pay to have it fixed myself.

Driver of a van under this company was weaving nonstop in traffic and tailgating. On belt line eugene around 3:20. Didn't get the license plate. All lanes were backed up so in the end I passed them for all their effort.
