Quick, responsive, and friendly. A rare combination of being experts and being helpful, all in a family business! Was very stoked when I heard from Dan that the crew could be out to help us on such short notice, and their quick deployment and diligence helped save a lot of money for us. Would recommend. Cheers

Dan and his crew have been wonderful through the whole process. They all have been extremely professional and helpful through it all. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We highly recommend 911 Restoration of the Willamette Valley! Dan and his team did remediation work at our property, and we are so thankful for the expertise, timeliness, and communication on our project. He was always responsive to our questions and was just a great human being to work with! We are grateful for the thoroughness of the work, the quality outcome, his positive attitude, and genuine care for our property (and us)! We couldn't ask for a better team!

We unexpectedly discovered mold all over the ceiling of a room in our home. Not surprisingly, we wanted to remediate the problem as quickly as possible. I called a bunch of different mold remediation contractors but many of them didn't call back, provide a quote, etc.
However, 911 Restoration sent an inspector out the same day (who BTW was very knowledgeable and thorough). Later that day the provided an estimate and contacted a secondary contractor that we needed to complete the job (painting).
Their crew came out the next day to remediate the mold. They were extremely efficient and thorough, and were nice people to boot.
The bottom line is that they solved our problem in a low stress, efficient, and cost effective way.
We were very appreciative of 911's responsiveness and quality of their work. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. -
The technician from 911 Restoration, Shane, did a thorough and efficient inspection of our home for mold. We were informed in advance of how the testing would go and it was exactly as described. Further testing was done offsite and a letter was sent regarding the results and minor remediation suggestions. Remediation services are also offered, if needed. I highly
recommend this business. -
I have used 911 restoration multiple times. They are always the best and come on short notice 24/7. By far the best restoration company in lane county Oregon!

We called 911 Restoration after a blocked line caused a sewage backup in my daughter's bathroom. After getting an over-the-top estimate that included a lot of unnecessary work from another remediation company, a coworker at our insurance agency recommended 911 Restoration. They came out right away and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. They really stuck with it until they were sure it was done right. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have done business with Shane and Vanessa at 911 Restoration. The first time they did a wonderful, reasonably priced job restoring our bathroom floor after much water damage. Today, I asked them to investigate a ceiling leak. They arrived quickly, and accurately determined it was a minor plumbing issue with no water damage. Free of charge. They are a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend them for any home restoration issues.

Belfor is a professional company with integrity. They subcontracted a new roof replacement 6 years ago after a tree fell and did substantial damage. 1 year later it leaked next to the skylight. The roofing co put tar on the corner of the skylight which worked for 5 years. Then during heavy rain this winter I had water dripping into my home again coming from the same spot.
I called Dyer skylights to reflash the skylight. Once they removed the flashing and shingles they discovered the felt was missing above the skylight which, of course, is the reason for the leak. Jeffery from Dyer offered to call the roofing co and let them know of the workmanship error. They refused to do anything about it since so much time had passed.
I called Allstate to let them know what was happening and they called Belfor (the original contractor). Belfor contacted the roofing company and convinced them to come out and correct their mistake. Needless to say I was very impressed with Dan at Belfor for fighting to have the roofing company fix the issue due to poor workmanship.
Dan also offered to repair the interior water damage around the skylight. I am amazed and appreciate the effort done by Belfor for stepping up and taking care of this problem. They could have easily said sorry too much time has passed by but instead they chose to stand up for their reputation
I would highly recommend them as a company you can count on. -
This is the 2nd time in 3 months I needed a remediation company. The 1st time I used servpro. This time I used belfor. What a difference! Our basement floor that was flooded is spotless. Servpro, not so much.

Belfor repaired the damage to my home after an accident. The repairs that were done were fast and of good quality. The project manager, Jason, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I would recommend this company.

Belfor Property Restoration was the organization in charge of restoring my mother’s home. In my mother’s words “ They were all very polite, kind, patient and communicated well!” She said they were always on time. A big thank you to Lincoln, Ethan, Jason, Hunter, Daniel and the flooring crew!
All The Best!!

No problem with their workers or the work done. They work hard and professionally. But, their invoicing and paperwork are totally unprofessional. Send invoices with amount, but no breakdown as to what you are paying for! And, figures do not match up to their estimates. Seems like this is done so they can adjust their figures to their advantage. Oh, and expect a final invoice after thinking you had paid everything ( about a month after making your "final" payment). They contact insurance to find out how much you were paid for repairs and bill you more than estimate to get all your insurance money. We were tired of waiting so long for them to finish repairs, that we decided to do the final repairs ourselves. On their estimates, the jobs we finished showed a total of $9100 or so, which assumed would save us money. HA! They made sure to get paid for it all even though they did not do work. DO NOT RECOMMEND BELFOR! THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES TO USE THAT WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. SURPRISED THEY DID NOT TRY TO GET MONEY FOR OUR ITEMS LOST IN FIRE ALSO!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a wonderful review written up but apparently Google does not have a sense of humor. I was going to rate Belfor a fat 0 when James was working with us. Our house fire was in July and James didn't do much from July until November/Decemberish. Around this time, James was gone and we had a new PM Jason R. He was absolutely amazing. He apologized for the previous PM we had and assured us he would make this right. We gave him a date of April that we wanted to be back into our house, which essentially gave him 4 months to make a miracle happen.
I'm happy to say that we were in by April 27th and we love the work he put into our house.
So, again, I would have given a 1 but Jason pulled through and he alone deserves the 5 stars. Would highly recommend. -
I had hired Belfor to restore my house from water damage in 2010. Their original work was pretty good; I only had to had them correct a few things. However, about 6 months in, the new wood floors started to cup and warm pretty well. It got bad enough, about 6 months later I notified them of this and asked them to remedy. Someone came over and at least took a look, but their stance was that the concrete was not properly dried out yet before the new stuff was installed, and the gist was that it was not their problem.
Later I found that it was up to them to take moisture readings before laying the floor, but it past the window to file a complaint with the contractors board.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed that they did not stand behind their work. This will probably cost me at least $10,000 to replace the whole house.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend them.

Unfortunately, they sent someone unknowledgeable to my house to do give an estimate through my insurance company. I chose not to have Belfor complete the repairs, because I did not have faith that it would be done appropriately or timely. Regardless, they billed close to $600 just for writing an estimate and NO work was actually completed. I will be reporting to my insurance company as I do not see them as a reputable or trustworthy organization.

BELFOR has been an asset for my Oregon Portfolio for years. They are always fast to respond and communicate all phases of the jobs clearly. Taylor and Amie are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. They’ve helped my clients and residents by restoring units quickly and properly while showing care and concern. The quality of work they provide speaks for itself. Whenever a disaster occurs, I’m confident knowing that BELFOR is just a call away from taking over and completing everything from start to finish.

The guys were great. They showed up when they said they would. They came within hours of my initial referral. My excellent insurance, Amica, called to recommend them and Balfor was already alerted and waiting for my call. Excellent coordination between insurance and first service to ascertain the condition of my initial call. They had the instruments to assess and I could read the numbers as they explained them. They went under the house to check for water damage, following up on the instrument assessment. I was updated at every step of the process. I was left with three big drying machines that had the water issue totally under control as well as removing damaged cabinetry which I also inspected and agreed with. They wrote up the recommendations they were planning on submitting to the insurance company. I felt confident and calm about the entire process. Considering I would face all the obstacles of having to replace cabinets, countertops and flooring, my initial experience with a potentially hazardous situation was handled well before any damage was done. Yes, I"m glad to recommend Balfor. I felt in control and well informed of the process.

Awesome job! Very professional and made sure we were happy with the results

Working with Belfor was wonderful. They were very professional and did everything to make sure my home was restored properly. Lead by Dan Pruneda, Joe, Ryan and the rest of the crew saw that every detail was taken care of completely. I would not hesitate to have them work on my home in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had Belfor do some water / flooding cleanup and was going to also have them install my flooring due to a recommendation from my insurance company. After having the cleanup done I was put on a schedule 6 weeks away from the date they tore my flooring out of my kitchen. In the mean time, I was in charge of finding my flooring and subsequently ordering it through Lowes building materials because it was left up to my wife and I if we wanted to have it installed as soon as possible. I called The project manager and had him talk to the salesman to give him an account number to bill it to. After having it ordered, the project manager set a date for install and it fell during a time that my family had COVID 19 so I asked them to release me of my contract and I would do the flooring myself. They agreed since there was no date to predict when our household would be uncontageous and able to have people in the house to do the work. We were on lockdown for 7 weeks total.. They agreed that they didn't need to put thier employees at risk of becoming sick and allowed me to get out of it. Then I received a bill in the mail from them for 1300.00 for the job that they never did. It was marked "final notice" but I never received a first notice. I was given 10 days from the date of the letter to respond or I would be held liable for the total amount on the bill.. I was charged for 12 hours of labor @ 64.00 / hr. for scheduling subcontractors and ordering a storage pod to be dropped off in my driveway (200.00 total with pick up and delivery). I called and asked to talk to the project manager about my ridiculous billing and they sent me to someone else that was in charge of phase 1. I asked him to get the right person to call me and he said that he would have him call me immediately. That was 4 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. I have asked several times for him to get in contact with me because whenever I call his phone I have to leave messages because he won't take my calls. There is a lot more I should mention, like the fact that they were billing my insurance 11,000.00 to install aptox. 600 square feet of pergo click lock flooring (3500.00 for materials / 7,800.00 labor) which took me around 24 hours (3 days) to install by myself. Belfor is not trustworthy and I highly recommend going with serv-pro instead. Best of luck with this company. It's all been nightmares for us.
