Except service, Randy was incredible, very helpful and kept us informed through out the whole installation. The staff did a wonderful job, answering any questions we had. Sinh who is the person in charge of the ducts showed us how bad the dutc system in our house. For what it cost us we got more than expected. I recomend, that if you need a new heater contact them.
Sincerely a proud customer. The system required services recommended. A message popped up. That was great until I call to get it services, and low and behold they don't service Salem any more. And if I needed service I would have to.look for someone on my own. They don't know who can service in Salem.

I just had a gas furnace installed and I couldn't of ask for a better team of people to work with. From the time I called to the finished project. They helped me get in touch with the right people and got me through the paperwork, installers were on time, clean, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you are looking for a gas furnace I would definitely recommend Pacific Air.

I'm not real thrilled with Pacific Air Comfort. My homes previous owner had them install a complete new HVAC system in my home so I thought I would use them to install a mini-split HVAC system in my detached garage. I made an appointment for this morning at 8:00am and was told that someone would be there at 8:00am sharp since I was taking time away from work to make this appointment. At 8:25 no sign of anyone, so I called Pacific and the gal I talked to confirmed my appointment and said she would see why he wasn't there. She checks and tells me he had a family emergency the previous day and they had forgot to call me and cancel my appointment and asks me if I want to reschedule, I told her no and mentioned that since I took off from work, it would have been nice for someone to at least call me the day of the appointment to cancel it. She said SORRY and hangs up. Needless to say I will never use the them for any of my HVAC needs!

AMAZING PEOPLE! Pacific Air installed an AC unit into my little coffee shop & I am beyond happy with not only my new unit but the service I received. Scott was a pleasure to work with, I was able to keep my coffee shop up & running as they installed the unit in just a couple hours. They were very professional & answered all questions we had, I would absolutely recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you so so much! (:

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I first heard of them on the local radio and called them to come service my new heat pump (could not get the company that installed it to answer my calls) They came right out and took care of it. Recently I noticed insulation coming through the registers and called Pacific Air Comfort and they sent someone out to do an under house inspection and what a mess it was. We decided to replace all the ducting with metal ducting. Two guys from the Coquille office spent 3 days doing the work. They were nice, courteous and very hard working. We are very happy with this company.

After considering several bids, I selected Pacific Air Comfort in Springfield to install my AC system. They had a competitive bid and were wonderful to work with. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They followed-up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning.

Wow, it's not like me to use a business without first reading their reviews on Yelp. I called Pacific Air because I initially received a quote from a different company that turned out to be expensive, and the serviceman was rude and condescending. I called Pacific Air because of their marketing exposure in Coquille. If I had read their reviews, I don't know that I would have called them. However! I DID contact them and had a ductless unit installed yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the result. After emailing the company, I received an immediate response from Amber in sales. She came to my house the next day and offered a quote the same day. Amber was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Amber gave me the confidence I needed that Pacific would do an exceptional job.
After the equipment arrived, technicians Brett and Spencer were prompt, professional, and great to work with. They were finished with the install quicker than expected and they left the job site neat and tidy. Inside and out, the unit operates perfectly and looks spectacular.
My only complaint would be the last minute communications. The Monday morning install was delayed 24+ hours due to them not receiving the equipment on time. I wasn't informed of the delay until Monday morning prior to the scheduled install, which affected the other projects and contractors I was working with. If not for the communication issues, I would have gladly given 5 stars, the service staff was amazing!

They were quick and efficient, literally had a quote on Thursday, and the ductless heat system was installed by Monday. Everyone one I came into contact with was both professional, but also personal. Special props go to the workman who installed my system. They had a run of bad luck a mile long, but were still very friendly and pleasant to be around. I actually enjoyed having them in the house. Even the follow up was fun. I would suggest Pacific Air Comfort to anyone.

We have been Pacific Air Comfort customers for 20+ years. In that time span, the quality of service has been second to none and earned our respect as loyal customers. There has been countless times when the ladies in the office rearranged schedules to accommodate our needs. They did it with amazing attitudes, compassion and positivity. Their techs have been personable and professional, including giving their personal phone numbers for any follow up questions...which were utilized. They have made after hours stops to help in dire times of need.
We just had our AC replaced this summer 25' and the sales staff (primarily Dan Wright) built a relationship with us, showed flexibility in their pricing due to our loyalty and followed up to check on the process. The guys that replaced our unit were efficient and completely took care of us during the hottest point of the summer. We respect local companies that take pride in quality of service, empathy and work ethic. Simply put...there's nobody better!

I am very pleased with the work Gavin did at our home. He came to service our water heater and went beyond by fixing our thermostat as well. Nice job Gavin!
However, after checking the hot water at the bathroom sink and the thermostat, they are NOT working as expected!

Everyone at Marshall’s was both professional and friendly throughout the process of getting our aging heat pump HVAC system replaced. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the two young men who installed the new system, Shane and Cody..they spent ~11 hours at our home, making sure everything was installed properly. They were friendly, hard working and patient/polite with questions we asked throughout the day. We would gladly have them back for any future HVAC needs we would encounter.

The installers did a great job. Very professional. They left our home better than they found it. Erique, and Mirlo were polite, and pleasant to be around. The inspection passed with flying colors.

Very good company to work with. Great help in selecting the perfect stove that fit our needs. Installation crew was very meticulous installing the new stove.

Marshall's takes care of our heating & cooling here at Imperial Floors. Their professionalism, punctuality and assistance is always appreciated by us.

The guys did a great job installing a new HEPA filter as well as leveling the outdoor ac unit. As to the latter, they leveled the pad beautifully and installed sound eliminating/absorption feet on the unit after cleaning it. The whole thing looked brand new when they were done. They answered questions and were respectful and patient in doing so. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

Just had a new gas fireplace installed. The gentlemen that did the install haven't even been gone 5 minutes, and I've already called Marshalls to applaud the service these guys provided; they were Exceptional in every single way.

E and E from Marshalls did an amazing job from beginning to end, and they've earned some loyal customers here; it is my understanding that this was a particularly difficult install--or so we were told by one of their competitors--which included some light demolition work and creating a way to pair the mismatched existing exhaust system with the new unit; and, you wouldn't have known it by how smoothly these guys did their jobs.

They were professional, courteous, prepared, and entirely knowledgeable; they communicated everything to us in a clear and straightforward manner, answered whatever questions we had. I think they actually left the areas affected by their work cleaner than they were before they started.

Oh yeah: The fireplace looks and runs great. (Funny that makes up the least of this review, but that's how great the service was.)

Marshals is a great company that hires hardworking, knowledgeable technicians. They had been doing the maintenance on our ancient HVAC system from 1973 for the past 20 plus years, and kept it running well past the point when most systems give out. It finally died last month and they installed a new system that is a major improvement. They went above and beyond when it came to installation and making things work for our particular needs.

Great service from Marshall's for a heat pump they installed. Luis and Braedon were both highly knowledgeable, on time, took care in their work and did a beautiful job, all in one day!

Our heat pump was recently installed and we were very happy with the result. Luis and Edgar were very professional and they told us what they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards and they even installed a barrier protection to prevent an accidental hit by our vehicle. They even made a hole so that condensation will go to the ground instead over the concrete slab.

Friendly and easy service. The technician was helpful and worked well past 5pm on friday afternoon. Only issue was being quoted a 12-3 arrival window and they showed up after 5pm. Sounded like a crazy day for the technician.
