While I was not there while the serviceman was tending to our fireplace, my wife was very pleased with the reccomendations and information that was passed on. We have been having Marshall's come out every year to inspect and if necessary our gas fireplace. We feel much more comfortable having the inspections done on our fireplace since they could be a potential hazard.

We have radiant floor heat. Marshall’s is one of the very few companies in our area that employ people who know how to service our system. They always know where to start and what to do. Excellent quality service.

Have I become my grandparents? I understand the house call charge. These guys know what they’re doing. But over $400 just for the thermostat itself? Really?

Zach and Jason were out today showing me how the fan works while the gas fireplace insert is in thermostat mode. They're excellent techs, professional, knowledgeable and nice people. I'm pleased.

Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.

Zach and Jason came to service our Mitsubishi unit for regular maintenance. They were polite, clean, and were sweet with my dogs who were curious. Everything is working perfectly and I highly recommend Marshall’s and this team specifically.

Zachary was thorough in troubling shooting our free standing QuadraFire gas stove in Livingroom. He is conscientious and pleasant in his demeanor. He'll have to return as a part had to be ordered from a supplier.

I needed to get my gas shut-off for my fireplace replaced. It was located inside the wall. The technician was onsite on time and did a great job. He explained the process and left the jobsite clean. I asked about other services Marshall's provides and found out that they are extensive. Friendly and professional!

Danny was prompt amd very sincere, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me about my remote, how it worked, the best placement and what may have caused it to malfunction. He took the tine to do the maintenance thar was scheduled for Nov 12th as well, saving me time and money, which is so appreciated these days. He was efficient amd very nice. Such wonderful service. Phone receptionist is great. She repeats everything to be sure we're always on the same page. Repairmen are detailed and make us feel confident in their work. We wouldn't go any where else with our needs. Thank you, Marshalls.

Jake was awesome. On time, courteous, respectful and asked about coming in and what was best for our convenience and very friendly. Answered a bunch of questions politely. Very thorough and experienced. Definitely would use Marshall's service again.

We are so pleased with our service from Marshall's. Danny was helpful and professional. I needed some information regarding our thermostat. He was happy to answer. Two things I need from a company: competence and trust. Marshall's is both. Unlike other companies they do not offer 'gimmick' rates to get in the door.

Fast response. Knowledgeable staff. Good communication. Install was as scheduled with excellent product. Full heat pump and air handler replacement only took one day. Billing and financing was super easy having good options. My only regret was not getting it done sooner.

Had trouble with A/C one very hot evening. Called for an appointment in the morning and Kent came out shortly after my call (seriously, the SAME day!!) Instead of telling me I needed a new A/C and furnace, he fixed it. WHO does that?! Not one of those other companies you are googling today…

Nice and friendly! We had an appt at 12 and they showed up before 11. I don't really mind, but I wished they could have let me know they were coming early before showing up. But besides that, they were great and good pricing too.
