I called for an estimate, they said they would call me back to make an appointment and they never called back.

Turns out. It’s not unfixable. Thankfully more than one heating & cooling company exists.

Had a guy come out to give us a quote and they never got back to us, despite repeated calls.

So far they haven't fixed my water heater yet and it's been 3 weeks.

The guy was very nice..checked out our ductless system and was efficient. Happy with the maintenance..ty

Walk in to ask a question, about doing a job. Girl answer, she didnt know and would have someone call us, if they do this or who could in area. Still waiting for call! Been a month.
Not good customer service.

Installed was great but I requested a larger air-conditioning unit but that was not their intention
Now every time the temperature rises above 90 degrees outside the temperature inside is only 3 degrees less than outside temperature

Great service, super helpful. Previously had mahalo come out for maintenance, said my unit was too old to even service.
Barnes came out, replaced the motor, working super well!

We had a broken AC unit and Barnes was very prompt to getting it repaired before the heat! Thank you for great customer service and getting the job done quickly!

They gave us a time & day they would be at our home, the service man called the morning of the service and was there on time. He did a couple of tests and fixed the problem. Very courteous and helpful with questions I had. Would call them again for for service.

My A/C went out right before the heat wave hit, we were without air for 2 days before they could get here, but being peak season, I thought the response time was excellent. I thought for sure that my system was dead in the water and I was going to have to replace the whole system, but he had it up and running in about 30 to 45 minutes. Thank you Barnes Heating and Cooling!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First, I called for a quote on replacing my HVAC. I was told by a receptionist that the guy makes his own appointments, so he'd call me back. He didn't. He showed up days later, out of the blue, expecting to just waltz in. Nope. I let him know that I'd already had quotes from two other places in the time he'd not called and had an appointment for the replacement already. Poor form and no way to run a business.

My Mom's A.C. went out and they came out assessed the problem, gave a quote and ordered the parts needed. The process took about 3 weeks but that was only due to waiting for parts to arrive.
Parts arrived and A.C. was fixed right away. I recommend them to everyone.

Barnes sent the nicest young man out to our house to access our A/C problem. He was awesome. He zeroed in on the problem and fixed it. Thank you Barnes for being there for us! We will definitely call you again if any further problems occur!!

Going into the hottest week of the summer my rental property had stopped producing cold air. They made time for me even though it was a Friday afternoon.

Turned out to be a simple fix.

My tenant and her doggie are so thankful they worked us in on a busy Friday. Nothing but 5 stars from us!
