I had Pro Tech Power Corp install an interlock kit along with a power inlet box so I can hook up a portable generator to my electrical panel if the power goes out. Oh my heavens - TOP NOTCH experience. The team got back to me immediately to schedule. When they arrived were so friendly and SO knowledgeable. I had a few lighting issues where bulb or units could be replaced as they were no longer in production and the team came up with wonderful alternatives that were super cost efficient. I hope I don't have any electrical problems ever again in my home :) but if I do... I'm calling Pro Tech Power for sure!

I've had work done by Pro-tech several times in the past few years and have had a great experience each time. Pro-Tech is careful to ask the right questions to determine what I actually need (vs what I'm asking for) and has been able to provide solutions to problems that are better and less expensive than what I originally had in mind. I would absolutely recommend them.

Drew was great , very straight forward and professional, easy to work with. I Talked about plans with our home and he asked plenty of questions and had solutions for what we needed. Good work and good price.

I hired Pro-Tech to install a new larger electric panel in my 100 year old house. As with every old house, it ended up not being "just" the panel. I needed a new meter for the new panel...and....more. They did a great job, communicated with me every step of the way. From estimate to the final inspection. I would definitely hire them again for future electrical work I need.

I was not happy I had to call an electrician as they are expensive and I am not rich. I spoke to the owner and he took his time to tell me exactly what they would do if they needed to come out.

After this conversation I was able to trouble shoot the issue myself and discontinue the requests for an electrician.

I appreciated the easy and personable communication with all the workers from beginning to end. They made sure I knew what was going on. There was a thorough communication between Drew, Steve and Ivan as to my needs as well as the considerations of the structure they were modifying. Wasn’t sure about the price. I know it shouldn’t be free because it turned out not to your workmanship, 250.00 seemed high for roughly an hour. I also don’t understand why paying for materials. There weren’t any used. Thanks
