Steve was great to work with. They work with several houses in my neighborhood including ours. He made a plan and stuck with it. Yard looks great.

I did not hire these people, my neighbor did. The reason I am posting a review is because they parked their work vehicle with trailer blocking my driveway with no one on hand to move it on my arrival. When I expressed my frustration the man who responded was rude to me and implied that I was the one who was rude. This does not bode well for their attitude towards customer service and courtesy.

We presented a complicated design need for a fence, gate and arbor, due to existing trees that needed to be circumvented. Not only did the new fence blend in perfectly with the existing fence, but the design was far more attractive than we had anticipated. We will certainly hire Innovative Landscaping Tigard OR in the future for any of our construction or landscaping needs!

Steven McDill and his crew at Innovative Landscaping provide fantastic service. I thought I would miss working in the yard, but now I spend the time just enjoying our beautiful yard with friends and family. My only regret - - not turning over our yard to Innovative Landscaping years ago. I highly recommend their services. Give them a call.

Awesome work! They revamped our backyard which included removing several large shrubs and a small tree. This is the second time we've used innovative landscaping and I'm sure it won't be the last. If you're in need of landscaping work in the Tigard area, this is your company.

Innovative installed new sod for me in the front lawn. Lawn looks fantastic, and they had it completed faster then I'd anticipated. Reasonable price and workers were friendly. They also adjusted our sprinklers to make sure every spot was being hit on the lawn. Well worth the money. Thanks to Steve.

We are very happy with our new Solara patio cover and installation. Manuel and his crew did a Excellent job! and his crew worked very-well together—in sync, and work hard.

When we plan to finish up on our landscaping, I hope he will be the key guy out here to do the work--FYI, for another future project.

Manuel puts a lot of pride, and quality in his work, and it shows in the installation final product. It seems he cares about doing the job right for the customer, and we really appreciate it, and see it in all of the details, from measurements, to placement of all materials--square, plumb, level, etc.
Price is fair, and once they start the project they continue the work until it's completed.
Steven, the owner great guy too. Always, kept me informed of any changes, when the crew would be out here, etc.

I rarely write reviews, whether good or bad, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had communicated with the owner multiple times via email on the details of my fencing project. Initially I was told that the project could start in July and I had made my initial 50% deposit in June. The job was delayed till October to which I was sensibly patient about. Work started in October and the fence height was not at the height to which was agreed to. Had a discussion with both the owner and crew leader. Rather than fix the problem willingly at no cost, asked to fix it for a payment. I agreed to it. My neighbor wanted one more lattice area added so I asked if another could be built at no charge since the fence height was less than agreed to. The owner was very defensive that I asked for another lattice at no cost and told me “good luck.” Also left some of the original gate material at our property when the company was supposed to haul and dispose it. So now I’m filing a complaint with the Oregon Contractors and Construction Board. I’ve never filed a complaint on a contractor because contractors that I’ve hired did the job right and even if they didn’t, they would let me know and fix it at no extra cost. Seemed like a reasonable company initially but the owner forgot details of our contract and would cast blame on me and not take responsibility for mistakes done on our project.

Careless and aggressive driver! They will run you off the road. 12/27/25. Looks like this is a common occurrence based on other reviews.

Winterbloom Inc. did fabulous work at our property. They were responsive to emails/ communicated very well. They did a fine job with planting/ adjusting our irrigation system. We have them coming back in SPR 2024 for more work. I highly recommend them.

Winterbloom did an entire landscape design for our large-lot historic Irvington house and then the installation work. It included underground irrigation, hardscaping, lighting, bed preparation, planting, eco turf, lawn work, and installation of a tiered custom birdbath-fountain. They were great to work with and we now have landscaping we love.

Highly highly recommend!!! Mike and his team transformed my yard with a gorgeous brick walkway and rain garden + flagstone steps to the side yard.

When the staff of Winterbloom arrive I know the job, whatever the season calls for, will be done well. They are easy to work with and put up with my suggestions always with a smile. I have enjoyed working with this landscaping company for many years and recommend them highly.

Winterbloom has transformed a dangerous, slippery slope into an attractive stone staircase in our backyard garden, and we are very pleased with the results. The site was inaccessible by any kind of machinery. All the digging and transporting of boulders uphill had to be done by hand, but they managed it efficiently while creating a beautiful, safe, and accessible pathway. We have had several installations by Winterbloom, and have always been happy with their work. They are meticulous about cleaning up after a project is completed, and the crews are always a pleasure to work with.

Winterbloom is great. From our beginning discussions with Eric, to working with Serenity on design, to having Forrest, David and many others, including Dale, Austin, and John do our installation, working with the Winterbloom crew was fun and exciting. We watched as they delivered our huge rocks that made our bird bath fountain and then actually built the fountain, installed the patio pavers by sawing them into a shapes that could fit the curving patio that Serenity designed, to digging up, preserving and the replanting what we wanted to save and of course adding lovely plants and flowers, in addition to installing a not-easy irrigation system (including figuring out how to make it work in the parking strip without hurting all the tree roots), we couldn't be more impressed with their work. You can tell they love what they do. We are so happy for them that the company is evolving well into its new ownership and we wish them all the best on their new adventure.

We used Winterbloom for a large project, involving complete renovation of our backyard. They came recommended from our landscape designer (though now I know they do design as well). We interviewed multiple companies for this, as the job we needed was going to be a large financial investment. In addition to wanting the job done well, we focused on communication as a priority, which was significantly lacking in a company we used for a prior project.
I am happy to strongly recommend the Winterbloom team! No project is without glitches. As the start date approached, a new project manager was brought on, which was unnerving initially. Fortunately, we were impressed with the new (returning) lead and couldn’t have been happier with his work. Mike made himself available throughout the project, communicated well, and was very responsive to any and all concerns. The entire team worked exceptionally hard—all of our neighbors have commented on their work ethic, and we are thrilled with the beautiful outcome.

I had a very steep back behind my house. Winterbloom terraced it so I could have accessible garden and native plantings. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, communication, timeline and the results!
