We hired WinterBloom for two projects: 1. Building retaining walls and turning our gravel yard into a useable space. 2. Landscaping to install plants and grass lawn. They were fantastic to work with, quick, and the quality of work was superb! 10/10 would recommend.

The crew at Winterbloom did some garden clean up for me. I really appreciated their communication throughout and they went above on attention to detail. Very happy!

We could not be happier that we selected Winterbloom to help us design the landscape layout for our wedding venue. We were under a short timeline (5 months) from excavation to the point of installation for our son's July wedding in 2018, and Winterbloom came thru for us! From design to planting, installing sprinklers and drip system, and low voltage wiring, they were exceptional and professional across the board.
It has now been 5 years since the install and all of the plants have gloriously matured and filled in. It is SO BEAUTIFUL.. beyond my imagination for what I was hoping for! They worked with our vision of landscape that would enhance the grove of Cedar trees that surround the space. The grasses, lavender, hydrangeas, coreopsis, echinacea, hellebore, vine maples, carpet roses, ferns, fuchsias, hosta's, and crepe myrtles are SO LOVELY in complimenting the natural beauty that was already there.

I have used Matt Sander's twice since I have been in my home. He is the first company I think of. HIs workers were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves. When I had questions, they were able to answer them for me on the spot. When Matt came out to go over the planning of the backyard, he listened and gave me many options for pricing on what I wanted so I could stay on budget, but not lose plants or ideas that I wanted. I cant wait to have them come back and spruce up my front yard!

My husband and I saw Matt's work in our Irvington neighborhood and liked it. Artistic Landscapes is FANTASTIC! They've been taking care of my landscaping for about 2 years and do a wonderful job. Robert (the owner) has earned my trust, which is the reason they were the only company I called when it was time to update my 30-year old sprinkler system. They recently finished the project to install a drip sprinkler system, a new backflow system, several different flowering shrubs to add color and texture to the property, and even repaired several areas of my old flagstone path to spruce things up. The result: The new drip system is great and my front, side, and back yard landscaping looks GOREGEOUS! The staff were total pros, easy to work with, and very responsive to my questions. Artistic Landscapes did an amazing job for us, we had a complete overhaul done to both our front and back yards. They not only re-shaped and re-graded our yard but installed drainage, new sod, lighting, a complete sprinkler system, a gorgeous paver patio, and beautiful fencing. The crews showed up on time did amazing artistic work always leaving things as clean as possible at the end of the day. Robert and his team are extremely friendly and professional. Their work is top notch. We have already recommended them to several other people, and I am writing this review which is something I rarely do which speaks volumes about our appreciation for Artistic Landscapes the quality of their craftsmanship and their reasonable pricing. They helped take a vision and turn it into a reality.

Artistic Landscapes did an amazing job at bringing my yard back to life, and making it look beautiful. I neglected my yard after moving into a new house not realizing how much work was going to need to be done, and was afraid to hire just anybody to do my yard work. Robert, Louise, and Orlando were all incredibly nice and extremely professional. I honestly didn’t picture everything coming out as beautiful as it did because I didn’t realize it was possible, but they have my yard looking so great I could literally put my house up for sale right now.

This is our second time using Artistic Landscapes for our backyard remodel. Again, they exceeded our expectations.
Robert and his crew installed blended soil throughout our entire backyard. Then, they added two new sod lawns. They spread barkdust on our entire property and applied pre emergent to our shrub beds. Lastly, they added 9 large boulders as a decorative feature throughout the backyard.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the project done in a timely manner. Robert has a eye for landscape and is great about working with a budget. We really appreciated the fact that he was always on hand to oversee the work being done. He also was in constant contact with us during the week and finished on time. All of the members of his crew were polite and hard working. We were so pleased with the outcome that we will be using them for our weekly maintenance. We highly recommend this company for all your landscape needs!

We cannot say enough good things about Robert and his crew at Artistic Landscapes! Our front yard needed serious help after being in rough shape since we bought our home 3 years ago. Robert and his team were able to transform it into not only an amazing looking landscape, but one we are able to be proud of when people go by. Within two days, our yard was completely transformed and people driving by were giving us compliments!

One of the things I really appreciate about Robert is his enthusiasm about his work. He is so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. When he came over to do the estimate, he went out of his way to work within our budget to get the job done. He also was very considerate with our neighbor’s wishes and made sure that the buffer area between our yards met both of our expectations!

Robert and the whole team at Artistic are really wonderful and gave us a yard we will be able to enjoy for years to come with beautiful plants and a gorgeous tree. The only problem now is that the side yard doesn’t look as nice as the front yard, so we are looking forward to having Robert come back with his crew in the spring to fix that up for us too!

Robert and his team at Artistic Landscapes were a joy to work with. From the initial meeting through the completion of the project, Robert's enthusiasm was consistent and his willingness to adjust and bend to meet our needs was exceptional. His crew was clean, respectful, and worked primarily through constant rain. Robert was very proactive in his communication and provided near daily emails indicating what was going to happen on the job. I really appreciated being able to communicate with Robert and make sure we could stay in sync throughout the month long project. In the end we have a beautiful new yard and the process went much better than we had expected. This is a testament to Robert and his crew.

As usual they did an amazing job. Robert is a joy to work with and his crew members are all excellent workers. My beautiful front yard was originally designed and created by Artistic Landscapes. It is Asian inspired with a dry river rock creek bed and appropriate plantings. This job was to refresh and tweak the design a bit. The back yard jobs were somewhat unusual requests, but Robert and his crew came through with flying colors. They are my go to company and I will definitely use them again to carry out my next creative vision!

We had a great experience with Artistic Landscapes and highly recommend them. They created a beautiful stone pathway and side yard/dog run that has greatly improved the usabiltiy and aesthetics of our home. Robert has great vision and helped us fine-tune the project to our liking. Robert and Sergio did an amazing job on our backyard. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and after meeting with Robert for the first time it was obvious he would perform the work right, and give us a wonderful outdoor living space. During the project, there were a few additional items added to enhance the project and we appreciated his thoroughness in recommending them with no pressure to accept. All attempts were made to stay as close to the original budget as possible. The communication during the project was above and beyond, with frequent status check-ins and almost daily updates. This is the team to do your outdoor work, we highly recommend them! We will likely have them back to do our front yard next year!
