We've been using Cloud 9 services for about 5 years. Dryer vent cleaning, full house vent cleaning, window washing and carpet cleaning. They have always been on time, friendly and professional. They've always done a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Cloud 9!

I have been a Cloud Nine customer for about 8 years, which is a testament to the quality of service I have received during that time. Cleaners come once a month and provide a thorough cleaning to the living areas I want them to concentrate on--vacuuming/washing all floors, cleaning all surfaces in kitchen including sink, microwave and refrigerator and leaving bathrooms clean, sparkling and fresh smelling. Light dusting of furniture and ceilings are also done. Cleaners are efficient, courteous and arrive on time. I have come to rely on Cloud Nine as an essential service as I am getting older and am less able to do the cleaning myself.

Amazing job! We had a week to get our carpets cleaned before having to vacate our rental home due to a quick turn-around move from OR to CO. I visited the website, submitted an inquiry and within minutes I received a call. I was quoted over the phone, and scheduled for my preferred day and time. Everything from start to finish was efficient, timely and professional. My husband even said to me after they were done “we should have found them sooner”. All stains were removed and the carpets looked brand new. I would recommend Cloud 9 to anyone in need of affordable and quick services. Thank you guys!!

I was very happy with the photos that I reviewed of the cleaning done at my rental property. Setting up the appointment was easy, as Alicia helped save an appropriate time that I could offer my tenant. As for the cleaning, the problem areas looked much better, and the overall job was well done. Even better, it was less money than I had been expecting to pay.HIghly recommended.

I’ve been using Cloud9 for my carpet cleaning for years. They are prompt, courteous, affordable, and do a great job. I recently had an “emergency” job to get out a palate of makeup my kid decided to grind into the carpet. They were able to get to me next day with their superstar technician Ouriel. They did an outstanding job on my carpets as well as my couch. We have two large dogs who shed hair and it was invedded in carpet. Adams was able to clean and get all the stains out as well. I would highly recommend them .

We were visiting from out of town and had a vacation rental. Our cat decided that he needed to mark the couch and the bedroom floor with his own scent. We called and talked to Alec who was very busy, but took the time on the phone with us to give us great advice for pretreating, complete with recommended enzymes and OTC products by name. That information allowed us to take action and prepped us for his visit the next day.

We confirmed an appointment for the following day that would work for all and he, as well as his assistant / employee Dustin stopped by and made quick work of our problem on time.

They did a quick black light inspection and we found that many previous vacation renter’s pets (hopefully) had also been marking various spots. (Think CSI)

With their hand unit they cleaned and treated the couch, the spot on the floor our cat had done, and several of the more recent spots as well. All of this took less than an hour and their cost was $85 (my wife tipped them well too)

Dustin took the time to share other recommendations & tips and tricks if we have this happen again.

The exceptional and friendly customer service and professional expertise is appreciated and we value it more than words can say.

Our carpet is clean again. We have pets and they cause so much damage. It was really nice to have the dirt and stains removed. Very appreciative to Sweets Chem dry. We are very happy. 👍🏼

I had a lovely experience with Sweets Chem Dry. I found them on Groupon along with another company that proved to be terrible. From the first phone call from Vicki in the office to seeing Jake out when he was done, this company was easy to work with. Both were friendly and professional and I felt my circumstances mattered to them. There were no surprise fees and Jake was timely. I will be using this company again when I need carpet or tile cleaning.

They scheduled the visit within a few days of my call. I had tried to clean cat urine out of my couch but knew I needed a professional service. The technician was right on time and thoroughly cleaned the couch and a couple of trouble spots on the carpet. I think the smell is gone!

Megan took her time to clean all of the carpets she was on time and super friendly. Easy to work with. The carpets came out cleaner then when we moved into the rental. Thank you so much for everything!
