If you want to waste your day waiting for service hire this company, twice they fail to show up, first appointment they called 2 hours befior thier arrival to let us know they can't make and want to reschedule, then on the second rescheduled appointment day they did not show up or call to let us know they are later, they are good of saying Sorry,

Returning customer offered 30% off Total quote $130 - $140 6/8/2022 Appt Day When ready to pay, was surprised the invoice was more than quoted at $209.00. The technician response was that the office is not supposed to give price quotes over phone. Since the technician herself was kind we continued with service 6/9/2022 That next day I called Sweet Chems Dry and reported the carpet didnt smell clean at all. The employee that answered the phone, did not know anything about PERT and stated they were only there to help answer phones. The person did apologize for not knowing how to answer the questions and a manager would call me back to help answer the questions. She did schedule another appt to re-clean and re-treat the carpet on 6/15/2022. nNo phone call from any manager or owner 6/15/2022 ***** the technical called at 1:51PM, only 9 min before my appointment, and apologized for the situation. I asked why a manager/owner never called me and she said the owner told her to handle it as it was her issue to fix. ***** has been a great employee to work with as a customer and it was shocking to hear she doesnt have a team to back her up. She found the cause of the first poor cleaning was due to a hose leaking all over including inside her truck. The owner had since told her the truck equipment was fixed. We scheduled a new service date on 6/20/2022 and hopefully everything will be fixed.6/18/2022 - Violet called to confirm the appointment and asked what the issues have been. I tried explaining everything, including my feelings of being ignored by Management. She became defensive, kept screaming at me. It was very childish and immature to treat a loyal customer of over 3 years in this way. She didnt want to believe anything I had to say, she kept raising her voice screaming match. Hung up the phone in tears unable to take any more Mental Abuse. Am beyond shocked at the poor **************** from Sweet Chem Dry. OWNER NEVER CALLED DONT RECCOMEND SCAMMERS

I had a very badly soiled area where my cat had marked and re-marked for a week while we were gone camping. I cleaned it over and over again with my own carpet shampooer and various products before finally researching and calling Sweet's. The tech was prompt and friendly, and let me know to expect some off-gassing. After two weeks I still smelled urine and Sweet's offered to come back out, but before I could get the appointment scheduled the smell finally went away after 3 weeks, even when I get down and smell the carpet. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Sweet's!

Great service. Was able to set it up all through email, which is great for a busy schedule to get all the details sorted and clear without waiting on hold.

Day of service Eric called to say he was ahead of schedule, and asked if he could come early. That's always a pleasant surprise. He was very informative and thorough before starting, and the results were great. We had some very old stains (black bean cooking water [beware pressure cookers], pets, etc) that we could never get out, but now they're completely gone. Feels like we have a new home, for a very reasonable price.

What a great experience having Kevin from Sweet's Chem-Dry arrive promptly and clean our carpets and floor coverings. The downside of having foster dogs as well as our own animals is the wear and tear on the carpets and Kevin made short order of soil and stain removal. We will definitely use Sweet's services again when the time comes as their professionalism is evident from the time you book them until the job is finished.

I had an appointment for Saturday with anticipated arrival between 8-8:30 am. We got up early to move furniture, prep for their arrival and get three kids out of the house for the day. I called the company at 10:15 as I had not heard from anyone. Apparently, their technician had called in sick and they could reschedule me for Friday (six days away). I asked if there was anything better that they could do. Not once did I ever get an apology or an offer of something that they could offer me. I asked repeatedly to talk to the owner to see if there was a better resolution and never got a returned call. I am horribly disappointed by my experience with this company.

They rescheduled me 4 different times. They said there guy quit the first 2 times so they had to reschedule. Over booked was the excuse the 3rd time. And my 4th reschedule and 2 months later a guy finally shows up a hour and half late. 5pm in the winter and it's about to be dark in a hour. And after 20min he said he ran out of carpet cleaner and his boss will call me to schedule to finish. You guessed it no call from boss to finish job. Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in 34 years

We had all the furniture removed or moved to one end of each room. We were prepared to help Shane move everything to the other end but he did it alone.

The carpet looks very clean. I was surprised we had to let it dry 4 hours. ChemDry in the company name made me think it would be cleaned sans water.

I was pleased that they could put a stain protector on it when finished.

I was very happy with Chem-Dry. I felt the service man was very thorough and explained the information and services well. His work on the carpets was great neat and tidy. Wore a mask the whole time. I will definitely use Chem-Dry again and refer them to all. My carpet 7 yr. old, looks new again. Thanks!!

Sweets Chem-Dry did probably the best job I've ever had done on my carpets. They were timely, thorough and took extra care in the areas that really needed it. I'm totally satisfied and happy with them, and will have them back.

We are very picky about our carpet cleaning and your team was awesome. They were very patient so that we could check "with a black light" for the pet stains . I then felt confidant the areas that needed extra treatment got it. !

These guys are great! We used them a while ago and are planning to use them again soon. We have 4 pets so the stains are really bad and they were able to get the carpets looking brand new. And they left us a Snickers Bar since they are sweets chem- dry and I thought that was original. Great job and reasonably priced.

Flipping houses isn't always easy; especially when it comes to abused pungent carpets which haven't seen a decent clean in 20 years! I found Chem-Dry during a comparison among different cleaning services in my local area, and it became clear that they knew what they were doing. After a quick call for a quote, i received excellent service with a massive discount thanks to a first-time coupon (mentioned by the associate, mind you). When my schedule didn't pan out last second, they worked with it and - in the end - got the house smelling brand new, and ready for tenants!

I have always had a terrific experience with Sweet's Chem Dry. I get my carpets cleaned once or twice a year and they come out great. The technicians have all been professional and polite. I even let my neighbors know when they are scheduled in case they need cleaning as well. I highly recommend Sweet's Chem Dry!

Quentin and Rob were prompt, very communicative, professional team. I had both my carpets and hardwood done and I couldn’t be more pleased. We have pets ( cats) and our one feral kitty marked a few spots when we moved in. I could always smell faint wiffs of cat pee. Not anymore!!! Highly recommend their pet cleaning option if you have pets. And the water from the hardwood floor cleaning was just gross. I couldn’t believe they were bad! Just nasty.
Anyway, highly recommend sweets chem dry. Will use them again!

I've used Sweets for several years and NEVER had the rotten service as I was given this year to the tune of nearly $500. Setting aside the young man came without ancillary equipment (paper or Styrofoam for under chair legs, rags to wipe up water spills on my hardwood floors) obvious dirty spots were left. In addition to the dirty spots, large balls of carpet fiber and water pools were left throughout. I requested a re-visit, but not with the same person. They sent the same person. He obviously did not want to be there, refused to remove his shoes (it was a very rainy day (my floors were newly cleaned as were the rugs) nor did he offer any alternatives. Both that young man and his supervisor were callus and diffident during the exchanges subsequent to my first complaint and offered no recompence. NEVER WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. I don't know what happened to this company, but it isn't good.

Only thing that didn't make this a 5 star review for us was the extra charge for the 2 small carpet runners we asked to have cleaned and were laying right next to the small 10x10 section of carpet we had cleaned. The package we bought was almost double what we needed (square foot wise) but still charged extra $20 per runner for cleaning. Would have been nice if they just did the rugs at no extra charge. But overall, is hire them again because the cleaning was so good.

Absolutely AMAZING! Bryce and Haley cleaned our carpets on a hot day, and they did a supurb job! We have used traditional cleaners before and we will ONLY use Chemdry moving forward. On other methods, there were still stains that I never thought would come out...but Chemdry was able to get ALL of them out....stains I thought were permanent!

I also love that the carpets are way less wet than traditional carpet cleaning methods, which feels much safer for carpet life, versus soaking the carpet and pads in a ton of water.

From our first interaction with Brenda, who helped me book it, she was amazingly warm and personable, and Bryce and Haley who came were also rockstars. Simply an amazing company and team.

We will ONLY use Sweets Chemdry in the future.

***update 8 months later, as of 1/3/2023, ABSOLUTELY go with Chemdry. On traditional soap carpet cleaners, they always seemed to leave reside that we found often attracted dirt. So it looked great at first, but after 2 months, seemed to ATTRACT dirt.

Not Sweets! It has been 8 months and the carpets still look great. I will never use traditional carpet cleaners again. Thank you Sweets!

Update July 2023: Carpets STILL look amazing. With traditional carpet cleaning, we have sometimes found the residual soap made our carpets look WORSE in 2 months or more. (Stain grabber).

I've had our carpet cleaned a couple times, and this appears to be the cleanest it has gotten!

my only frustration was that I had an 8am appointment (it was not a window for arrival, it was 8am arrival), at 8:10 I get a phone call from a Hawaiian number saying the technician was still 45 minutes away. I understand that traffic and other factors can change schedules, but an earlier heads up would have allowed me to adjust other items as well. I was very grateful that the tech was very quick, and thorough, allowing me to somewhat catch back up.
