Blake and Shelby came by to install our gutter helmet system today. They were fast and very professional. The gutter helmet looks great on our house! They even fixed up an area of our gutter that was a little scuffed up! After they were done, they walked me through the product again and their warranty policy, made sure I was satisfied and had all my questions answered before they left!

I put down a deposit to have gutters installed. I was in an Atv accident. Was unable to work about lost my house. At the time I Requested my deposit back. Ther replied no. Don't recommend this company at all. They apparently don't understand. I wish them the best. Hope nothing like this happens to them. Bad choice of company to go with if something unspeakable happens. AB. ------1st post they replied please submit we want to look at your file again..

This was a good reply post to tell me to send another e-mail to request my deposit back so I did.
Two weeks no response. Same song different day..
A month later after they said send another request..

We did with no response again..

So we sent another e-mail as they requested! Denied again they said they had occurred cost they had to cover .Although they did nothing for me or my family. I understand cost of business but they will not provide anything what the cost were. When I ask them to provide me that info like a restocking fee ect... No response. I'm moving on to the next step to make sure no one else get put in this situation. . Buyer's be informed!! ⚠️ I will be doing more posting as well!! We have a home show coming up as well cant wait to see them there.

The system hates pine needles. My gutters are clogged more now than before. Gutter Helmet will respond and do a poor job of unclogging the problem. After they leave it comes back quickly.

The installers arrived as scheduled and were very professional. All of our gutters were cleaned, the "Helmets" were installed in 1 day and they look very good on the roof. I cannot give 5 stars yet because it hasn't rained so I can see how they work.

Stay away - poor quality.

First, got the install date incorrect.
On the date that install was supposed no happen, no call no show.
Finally came and installed.

Over a month after the install later still dealing with quality issues.
The sales person, while responsive, does not offer any assurances.

The saga drags on, If i could roll back time I would never touch these folks with a stick.

Apperently if the roof is sloped too much the product becomes ineffective and needs some special things to make it work.

Asked for it to be removed, promised money back and not heard anything.

When removed, there is standing water!
At this point I would be surprised if things worked.

Colton and Jacob did a great job on our long overdue air duct cleaning. They were on time, very professional and minimally intrusive. They explained the whole process very clearly and got this job done in less than three hours. Before and after pictures were provided of the ductwork. I would highly recommend this company and both of these individuals.

Nathan was a true professional and right on time. He provided a great service that made the carpet look clean and ready for holiday guests. He also offered to give the entryway tile grout a fresh new look by preforming some magic then adding a sealant. Wonderful job and a pleasure to do business with.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He did a great job. I had an area rug done and he warmed me it wouldn't take long and didn't want me to think he wasn't doing his job.

We have used Stanley steemer for years and been pretty happy with the service. However, Saul came and cleaned our carpets today. I couldn't be happier. He did an incredible job, he had fabulous customer service skills and was clearly very hard-working. The results speak for themselves.

Update: I added a star because Re-scheduling appointments through there phone system was sooo easy.

Juan is friendly, did my carpet cleaning, did a great job. He said he does about 2-3 passovers. Showed me how dirty it was on a clean white rag.
I probably won't sign up for there 1 year carpet cleaning plan like Juan suggested.

-2 ⭐️ because they used my water for the cleaning which I didn't know until time of service. Paid for expensive deodorizer for each room barely lasting all day, dollar tree sprays last as long.
And during payment there is a tipping option like at a restaurant. I did tip him enough for lunch but there shouldn't have been a % option during checkout.

Blake did an awesome job cleaning the master bedroom and two spare bedrooms at a newly purchased home! We were both surprised how much hair and debris that was there. The deodorizer worked great. Highly recommended.

I have 10 year-old carpets that’s never been cleaned. They actually came out pretty nice.
Joe was my service man & is extremely polite , well mannered and good work ethic.
Don’t know if it was his training or is up-bringing but it’s a pleasure to do business with an individual that represents his company & self as he does.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joe. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and thorough with his explanations on the service he was going to provide for us today.
My wife and I were totally ecstatic over the service Joe performed.
He took extra care with our furniture and put protective pads underneath the wood legs on dressers and nightstands, so that the furniture was well protected, We even took advantage of the extended service protection program that we signed up for as well.

I’ve had Stanley Steamer out several times over the past 4yrs. Always a great experience. I appreciate that they’re prompt and easy to schedule with. The tracking technician feature has been handy, when trying to run errands during the service window. Each technician has been nice and respectful. They’ve given me l good deals on services and are always looking out for best price possible, which is greatly appreciated. They’ve succeeded in removing old stains from carpet, after a few other companies tried and couldn’t lift them. I’ve also had them clean my armchairs, one of which I thought was a loss after getting some oil & wine stains and it cleaned up so nice—looked brand new!

Matthew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with his detailed work. Thank you.
