It looks like he got the job done and
I’ve asked him to add me to his an annual maintenance list.

Lance showed up on time, was very polite and went straight to work. He did a fine job cleaning the roof, gutters and the ground around the house. Highly recommend this craftsman.

We had a great experience working with Lance for a roof maintenance job on our home. He was professional and friendly in all regards. He took the time to manually scrape off the existing moss before applying treatment. He also notified us of some shingles which needed repair and offered to perform the work that same evening for an additional charge. We declined to have the work done then, but we'll certainly be calling him back to complete the project.

These guys are AWESOME! They removed a TON of moss from my roof for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this company. He was very thorough in getting the moss off our roof and cleaned out our clogged gutter drain. He came back a cleaned the windows that had spray back on them. Super nice and professional!

Lance did a great job clearing the moss from our roof! He spent more than half a day cleaning and treating the roof. There was a lot of debris that fell to the ground all around the house. Lance did a very thorough job of cleaning it up. He even cleaned what went into our fish pond. We are very happy with the work he did. I highly recommend his services.

Technician arrived right in time was professional and polite . He told me about how long it would take her finished right as expected. All the mess and debris was cleaned up. He even fixed a couple loose gutter nails for me. Very impressed and highly recommend 👏 👌

We have a ranch style home with a metal roof in a forested area near Eagle Creek. I have used a a number of pressure wash vendors. I require detailed cleaning. The job performed by Lance Exteriors (Lance Taylor) is clearly the best of 4 vendors I have used. The price. timeliness and quality of work merits considering this business.

Lance did a great job cleaning the roof on our house and detached garage today. It probably should have been done two years ago so it looked (and was!) really bad.He had it looking like new. I would highly recommend him!

Lance and the guys were all amazing! Quick to communicate on the first meet on the phone, explained everything that would be involved when Robert and Edwar arrive. Price was more than fair for the amount of work needed. Robert and Edwar were on time, professional, and thorough in their work.
