Lance did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters. He thoroughly cleaned my roof, treated for moss and cleaned the gutters. He answered my questions and explained the products and method employed. He did a terrific job cleaning the debris around the house afterwards. Lance is hardworking and professional. Price was reasonable too! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Lance and his crew were awesome. So easy to schedule and my roof looks amazing. They cleaned up everything so nicely when they left.

Hire this company immediately! The crew was very professional and did a great job. There was a slight issue of some left over moss on the front edge of my roof lance came out the next day on a Sunday and took care of it very friendly and I will have them come out in the future. No cats were harmed lol

The installers were courteous and prompt and we are relieved to know that we have a lifetime warranty and will never have to deal with these gutters ourselves.

The young man from Gutter Helmet came to our home to fix the overflow problem and did a thorough job of remediating the problem as far as we can determine.

Very much regret choosing this product (through Costco). I was lied to about what product was being installed, the office person shows mediocre professionalism, and the techs who come for periodic cleaning are late, with no advice, and do almost nothing!

They are liars! They wasted 7 months of my time and life. They took thousands of dollars and never delivered! Finally was refunded, minus the interest. Shame on me for trusting a used car salesman type establishment

I put down a deposit to have gutters installed. I was in an Atv accident. Was unable to work about lost my house. At the time I Requested my deposit back. Ther replied no. Don't recommend this company at all. They apparently don't understand. I wish them the best. Hope nothing like this happens to them. Bad choice of company to go with if something unspeakable happens. AB.

This was a good reply post to tell me to send another e-mail to request my deposit back so I did. Two weeks no response. Same song different day..
A month later after they said send another request..

So we sent another e-mail denied again they said they had cost they had to cover .although they did nothing for me. I understand that but they will not provide me what the cost were. When I ask them to provide me that info. No response. I'm moving on to the next step to make sure no one else get put in this situation. . Buyer's be informed!! ⚠️ i will be doing more posting as well!!

Can hardly tell it’s up there! Finished off the roof edge nicely. Installed 1 year ago with new gutters. No complaints. Responsive customer service. Knowledgeable salesman. Excellent installers.

Definitely recommend Harry Helmet. They also offer discounts from time to time which helps the wallet too.

ZERO stars if I could. Gutters still clog and overflow and now they want to charge to fix this. Customer service is disgusting. When you spend thousands of $ for a product that advertises "clog free" then it should stand up to that claim. AS far as we are concerned these should be removed so we could get a product that works. No one gets back to you, customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY

I just had the gutter helmet put on my gutters. I have to say that the employees who worked with me on this project were great! I am thrilled not to have to worry about cleaning my gutters ever again! I love the technology of this product as compared to other products of the same nature. And aesthetically, they look beautiful with my house.

I had Gutter Helmet installed on my home last year. I have three large trees on my property; a Pine, Blue Atlas and a Redwood, and Gutter Helmet seems to be working great. It looks really good too and I'm glad I don't have to clean my gutters out myself. I'm also glad that the product comes with a Lifetime Transferrable Warranty.

1st of all. Gutter Helmet responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours and I had a in home quote setup within a day. Eric the salesman was awesome. He was on time, very respectful, and was full of any information I could possibly need. He was not pushy and quite frankly din't need to be. The product design and engineering does speak for itself.
2nd...Installation. The installers were right on time. They were very polite and were down to business knocking out the project in just a few hours....even in the rain. Their cleanup was beyond expectations including a blower and some hosing off of debris.
3rd...The moment of truth. It has been really rainy the last few days and my once overflowing and dripping gutters are working. The trouble areas are that of the past. No more flooding and overflowing. No more worrying about the darn pine needles anymore.

Gutter Helmet is well worth the investment!

Blake, Shelby, Vernil and Jerry were very prompt about showing up at the expected time. They work efficiently and I was surprised at how quickly the installation was. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the work. I am looking forward to see how well Gutter Helmet works. It looks like a well engineered product.

I am very pleased with my Gutter Helmet. The installer had an opening a few days earlier than scheduled and it worked out well. Very efficient installation, nice cleanup, and the installer - Blake - did an outstanding job. Turned out to be just in time for the first rain of the season and everything worked very well. I recently had Gutter Helmet gutter guards installed on my entire home. I could be happier. The salesman (Eric) was upfront, knowledgeable, and provided multiple discounts; installation was timely and professionally performed (thanks Blake!); and the overall appearance matched my roof color perfectly. In fact it gave my roof a nice trim look. I live in the Pacific NW and previously cleaned my gutters 3 - 4 times a year! Now I look forward to staying off my roof, being safe, and have the guarantee via the lifetime warranty that the product will last AND I'll never have to clean my gutters again!
