Casey and Ernesto did an amazing job on windows and skylights both inside and outside. My husband and I both feel our windows have never been so clean! They also pointed out a couple of windows with broken seals and gave us advice about contacting the manufacturer. They did a walk through with me both before and after cleaning. Very professional and thorough!

Utilized only their window cleaning service from their list; management and on-site techs were thoroughly communicative with all details of timing and work progress well explained, a customer service level we use to expect from most service providers but, sadly don't see any longer. It was well appreciated, and the final 'product' sparkled!

Team did a comprehensive estimate after listening to our power wash needs. Crew used various power washing tools and cleaners to remove all debris without damaging any of the materials. Clean up was good. Friendly team.

They pressure-washed our decks and driveway to remove the winter buildup of green tinge. Efficient, good work by friendly staff members. Fairly priced, also. Our house is dark-colored, so it wasn’t until the siding dried that we noticed some residual splatter on the siding. They promised to wash this off when they return to do our windows.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided. The service professional Ernesto was very diligent and thorough in his work. He took his time in doing a fantastic job and didn’t seem to skimp over like some other service professionals I have dealt with in the past.
Overall Window Genie did a great job and I would recommend them highly for any of their Window & Gutter cleaning and Power washing requirements.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and did the job in a timely manner. I appreciated that because the gutters filled up quickly with all the trees around my house.

Shari, the company owner is a delight to work with. She should be very proud of her staff who are the most professional, friendly people I have met in a long time. The young man that came out to wash my windows was a breath of fresh air, and did a fantastic job. Her prices are very reasonable and I plan on using her company for many more projects in the future as they do much more than just window washing.

My driveway had not been cleaned in 15+ years. It had fungas and mold. Marvin was here for 7 hours working on the driveway, sidewalks and our almost 400sqft deck. Also, our moldy brick deck He did and awesome job and was so kind.
On a later day the window cleaners came and all windows , screens and tracks are so crystal clean and bright.

Shari, the owner/manager, was the so sweet and accommodating with my schedule.

One of my best contractor experiences. Not expecting anyone to be able to help me just days before Christmas, I needed my gutters cleaned and hoped to get my 9 skylights washed. Sarah, the owner, reached out over the weekend and the communication was fabulous. She managed to work us in and Melvin and Gustavo did a terrific job. Echoing what others have written, this was just an amazingly satisfying experience. Not only did I receive a fast first contact but the quote (window cleaning interior + exterior, and driveway / walkway pressure washing) was delivered quickly after an initial site visit. The work happened when they said it would- the outcome was literally jaw-dropping - never have the windows been this crystal-clean, not even the first day the builder turned it over to us. Truly satisfying experience end-to-end!
