A/C capacitor died in the middle of a heat wave. Less than 24 hours after requesting service, Dmitry arrived early and resolved the issue in roughly 15 minutes. Amazing.

I called Conrad HVAC at 11:20 and Dimitri was here at 12:30. He knew right where to go to fix our issue. It was a switch on our heater system. He replaced it and all is great. Thank you for the quick response.

Service was good but Conrad Heating and Cooling won’t stop spamming my cell phone with advertisements, each time from a different number so I can’t block them. Do NOT share personal info!!!!

Great first assessment and diagnostic. I definitely had a leak gave me an estimate of cost. Will be back on Monday.
Arrived on time got right to work identified the leak removed and replace flaring on unit took down to vacuum recharged. We are good to go. Great job guys.

If you’ve got an HVAC issue or an install to get in, I’d call these guys. Definitely. I did my homework. Everything was fantastic. New AC install for a ranch style home.

I called around town for a couple estimates. Dimitri came to do the estimate early this week when my wife was home. She said he was very nice and explained everything very clearly.

He emailed me three different scenarios, three different estimates, at the end of that same day.

We liked all three, and so when I approved one estimate (it’s all a very easy online setup they’ve got for this), Dimitri called me up shortly after, told me he had the unit I was looking for right in front of him, and he sent Roman and Vinny out…the next day.

That would be today, the very next day. They came today. I approved the estimate yesterday. My work folk were amazed that Conrad got me situated that quickly. Me too.

Poured a concrete pad, installed everything, real clean install. It looks awesome outside. And Roman and Vinny, also very friendly, very clear explanations to someone like me who is only mildly handy.

Everyone was on time, I got texts about who was en route, and when I got home from work…I had central AC.

The price was what I expected, the service was waaaay more than I was expecting. I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

One of the other local companies came out for their estimate, and told my wife if we don’t see their estimate emailed to me in the next 3-4 WEEKS, to call the office back. Um…yeah nope.

Oh, and the third place never came for the estimate at all. No show. No call.

There it is. Big fan of Conrad.

You guys are the best! I made a phone call hoping to get someone to come out this week as I had no heat. Dimitri had a break in his schedule and called to see if he could come right away. Who does that?! You guys are great!

Called about 8am Saturday morning. They texted back within 5 Minutes with an offer of an appointment between 11:30 and 1 that day. Dimitri arrived early and did an excellent job.
