I had a big time problem with my air going in and out cooling great and at times then not so great. I contacted System Aire from a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to Michelle first and she was very helpful. Soon Bill contacted me to come out. He fixed it the first time and then showed me a girl how I could take better care of my system, changing filters more often. Being a single lady I get taken to the cleanners with such repairs, not this time! I reccomend them to anybody.

Bill took care of my family and I. Our furnace had stopped blowing hot air on an intermittent basis during a very cold spell, and this was a significant issue owing to the two-year-old in our midst. Bill was out the Friday afternoon we called him when other providers were quoting us a week wait. He correctly diagnosed a tricky circumstance and picked up the part that evening - causing him to work late. He told us that if the heat went out over the weekend he’d come take care of it. Saturday night it did, and he fixed it Sunday afternoon as promised. I highly recommend.

My in-laws furnace igniter wasn't working properly. System-Aire came out that very morning and fixed the problem. They were quick to send out a repairman and communicated well. I will be using them for all future repairs/maintenance.

In the middle of winter, heater stopped working, I called Sam and he booked me the next available slot. Since it's feezing winter, he even gave me pointer on simple DIY to check but no joy.
Kyle came by with with 30 mins heads up call. He was very professional and got it fixed in no time.
Since it was a quick fix, Sam even discounted the repair fee.

Highly recommended System-Aire !!

System-Air installed our furnace and air conditioning when we bought our home in 1999. We liked Bill and company so much my dad put air in his home and then his neighbor followed too. After 20 years the air conditioner fan quit working and was pleased to learn Bill is still at the helm and was repaired early next morning. I saw another reviewer on his website use the words "honest" and "integrity" and I can't agree more. These folks are excellent.

We had an excellent experience with System-Aire service this summer. Not only were they able to fit us in the same day during a heat wave emergency, but they were also able to diagnose two different and uncommon sources of consdensation water leaking from our system. Within an hour, Kyle figured out creative solutions for both and had our AC running again, all for a very reasonable price. They were extremely professional and responsive; we will be calling System-Aire for our HVAC needs going forward.

Quick and excellent service by Bill, Sam and Taylor. I previously used them to replace a capacitor but this heat wave caused my system to stop blowing cool air.

The team came to the rescue and recharged my system after finding the refrigerant low.

We were getting error readings on our system, not only did they fix the issue, but thoroughly checked the system, releveled the support for and vacuumed the outdoor unit and changed the filter. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous in their work and explanations.

I just had a new AC system put in my house this month. My 20 year AC unit went out on some very hot days in Oregon. I had 3 bids from 3 different companies. System-Aire came in at a slightly lower cost and they also said they could match any bid that came in cheaper. Sam and his co-worker were great! They came out within a few days of my phone call to them. They gave me a bid and when i gave them the job they were back within a few days to install. The technicians were professional, timely and gave great customer service. I would highly recommend System-Aire to anyone looking for heating and cooling systems!

Everyone was great. They came and looked at my system and walked me through the different options for repairs. All other estimates wanted to have a 1 hour sales session before they would even look at the system and then quoted me $17-$30K to repair. Bill and Team actually looked at the system first, and quoted $10K. They install a furnace and AC in under a day, hauled everything away, and left the garage clean. I would recommend them.

Our furnace & AC were installed by a different company 10 years ago. We’ve done annual maintenance each year. The last 3-4 years there’s always been an up sell. Warnings about how old our system is and to expect repairs. These appointments were with the manager. He said it’s better to replace entire system now. Last visit he said some wires needed replaced. Then changed his mind. This left us uncomfortable!

They use to be a great company. Last fall during our annual maintenance it was shared they haven’t meant their financial objectives/obligations. Another red flag.

Current 2025 we went to turn on our AC and it didn’t work. We d troubleshooted and tried resolving the simple fixes. No go. We decided to call a different contractor. We chose System-Aire Inc.

What they found was a communication wire that had been disconnected. This wire wasn’t hanging down - it was put up through the bundle connector. It appears this was done on purpose.

Kyle and Sam also recommended that maintenance doesn’t need to be done yearly. Every other year. The main thing to keep your system running smoothly - is to make sure filters are changed. They said our AC likely had five years of life. Furnace 10-20. No one can see through a crystal ball. We hope for more good years.

System Aire installed two 2 ton air handlers and a matching pair of single zone low temperature heat pumps. (This allows to go full-electric, which was a goal of ours.) They were professional and helpful in helping educate me with regard to all the in’s and out’s of this new system. They even adjusted their schedule to get our attic ductwork installed before our move-in date, which made a huge difference in allowing us to unpack our second floor.

The system has been running smoothly for weeks, which has been a game-changer on these recent 100 degree days.

Bill, Sam, and Kyle are amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. I had four HVAC companies come to my 1915 home to give estimates on swapping out the oil furnace. Bill was the only one to come in and actually suggest ways to fix the basement ductwork to give more headroom, maximize the air efficiency, add new registers, etc. Bill was patient with me and talked through options that would fit my budget. I was spoiled by the job System Aire did. I was excited about the work and the team took time to explain everything they were doing each step of the way.

The custom ductwork in my basement is absolutely beautiful, it's tucked up and hidden in the floor joists and they custom built boxes to fit my existing registers to keep the original feel of my home. They removed the massive old furnace which no one else wanted to do and they built a system that I'm so happy with. Thank you System Aire team, I will recommend you exclusively to everyone!

We needed to upgrade our 30 year old HVAC system. We went with a Bryant heat pump. Bill and Sam did a very professional installation. Everything went just as promised and I love the way the unit looks. It is very quiet and the house is already cool after just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend System Aire.
