I called to this location to buy furnace ignitor replacement. They refused to sale the part

Polite, prompt and professional. I was in need of a part for a 20+ year old Trane XL80 that was giving an "open limit switch" error message. As a walk-in customer with out an account, I was treated like I had done business with these folks forever. Not finding the part number on her computer, the lady who was helping me said, "...let's see what we have over here." and we walked to a set of bins from which she pulled the exact part. I bought a pair of them and my furnace once again is pushing nice warm air throughout the house.

We needed cooling added to our recently purchased home. After reviewing several quotes we decided to contract Homey Solutions to install a heat pump to work with our current gas furnace due to pricing and air supply for furnace room. Work was completed promptly and a few issues with thermostat control of furnace were resolved immediately. I will contact Homey for all my future HVAC needs based on my experience with Bill and Patrick.

I have used Homey Solutions to replace a Hot Water Heater and to service both a furnace and A/C unit. They were very professional, quick, and very well priced.

If you like to drive down the highway getting extremely close to people and then speeding up only to flip people off as you drive by, you should definitely apply to this business. Those seem to be the kind of people they like to hire.

Dangerous drivers. 6/8/2022 at 6:18am, their driver was tailing people and speeding well past the speed limit down Yeon Ave in industrial Portland. This driver needs his license revoked.

I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Andersen heating.

I scheduled a meeting with their receptionist Radiah and a service tech was supposed to come out. They didn't show. No call. No show. I had the service tech's cell phone and tried to reach him several times without a response. I waited for three hours for him to show before finally leaving and heading to work. Then 2 more hours later, he shows and asks to be let in. Unacceptable.

Do not use this company!

Did a faulty install of roof vents on our home. All four roof vents have issues, resulting in mold in our attic. It had been only 2.5 years, and we now have mold because of this. I felt he should have offered to fix it, but I was willing to do it. Did not offer to fix and said he would call me back with the part number to get it fixed. I still don't know the part number.

Since I don't have the part number, now all four roof vents have to be replaced instead. What could have been a 2 hour DIY job is now a substantial project I have to hire someone for.

He mentioned they do hvac for around 240 houses a year, so I'm sure they are the lowest contractor bulk bid. So everything is done as cheaply as possible, resulting in poor quality. That's fine, I get it, but they should fix what is obviously a faulty installation.

I called at 8 am and my furnace was working again at 4 pm
