Dave Nagy and his team are great. Quite is reasonable - and it is so wonderful to have these guys come out to do projects. Hey are personable, professional, neat, quiet (unless needed) and the quality of the work is fabulous. No need to watch them. If they have an issue they let you know - with recommendations/options. Have hired multiple times and would again. Coleman did recent job and was great. Highly recommend Pro Circuit Electric!

Worst people i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life ... Garrett was rude and bitter about his life for some reason and i will just simply never be reaching out to these unprofessional individuals ever again. Just a bunch of sad old men that hate their lives.

Horrible phone service. I called them and asked how much a part was and they asked me what name it would be placed under, when I told them I didn’t understand what that meant they hung on me. This is not how a customer should be treated. 100% will not be calling or ordering from this place again.

B2B sales only, but they were nice enough when I showed up and directed me towards Nor-Mon as an alternative for personal sales. The website could be clearer that they only sell to licensed techs.

I had already found the part I needed on Amazon before I went here, so just completed that purchase rather than driving around town.

It takes a week to get parts from this store for your furnace, avoid this brand at all cost

I live in Keizer but Carlos is willing to come over and did a great job installing our brand new furnace.
The parts and labor were very reasonable compared to 3 other companies that I had come over.
He started the job on time and finished the job in a reasonable time as was planned.
I had a couple of questions and he texted me back/called right away.
Nice/easy to work with.

I recently had New Age Heating and Cooling install a new upstairs furnace and AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Carlos and his crew were absolutely top-notch from start to finish.

They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was clean and dialed in before leaving. Carlos took the time to explain the system and made sure I was comfortable with everything, which I really appreciated.

You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the install. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but these guys delivered.

Highly recommend this company. The fact that they've been serving the area for 50 years speaks for itself. Very knowledgeable technician with several decades experience in the HVAC field. Extremely professional while being completely honest and transparent with their pricing. They went above and beyond with their excellent service. In an age of incompetence and indifference, it's good to know that some small companies like System-Aire still possess the honorable qualities that customers are looking for.

Bill was able to come so fast just 10 minutes and fixed the issue supper quick, I am so thank full for his great job, I highly recommend.
