James did a super job servicing the AC unit and checking the system. Explained what he was doing and why. Did some adjustments and left us with a better running AC unit

So my Furnaces went down recently. I found out able was one of the original installer of my current house before I moved in. Gave them a call and Tony, the rep, come pretty quick with all the information need after the inspection. We finalized the deal and they got everything professionally installed with decent price. We did get into some small incidents, but they shorted it out really quick. No complain at all, I would recommend their service :)

The tech was great. Told us what he did and was so careful about protecting the inside of the house while he worked on the min-split.

Brandon was very pleasant and efficient. He repaired my furnace quickly. I certainly would recommend this company.

Fantastic service, responsiveness, and expertise with my ductless unit. I called late on a Tuesday and Nick was over at 8:30am on Wednesday. He quickly diagnosed why there was water leaking from the unit and also found another issue that might arise down the road and fixed it as well. I had received a quote from another company before calling Able and thought it sounded a bit extravagant given how new the unit was and with the water leak being so minimal. I couldn't recommend Able high enough, call them if you have an issue and you'll be very happy.

Kevin was on time, professional and thorough in his service delivery. He explained the immediate issues, the potential future ones, and options to meet our needs. I would recommend Able and Kevin to deliver a timely and friendly experience.

Kevin came to repair my furnace today. He was incredibly competent and such a nice human being. He took time to explain everything and made the interaction very enjoyable. He quickly discovered my issue and fixed my furnace problem quickly. Great tech and great customer service!

We couldn’t be happier with Able Heating & Cooling. We had them install a new Air Conditioning Unit and Furnace in August 2024 and it was working great until this weekend when of course it was in the mid-90’s and our A/C quit working. We contacted them this morning and we were very thankful that they were able to squeeze in a repair at the end of the day. Big shoutout to our wonderful sales person Chris who made this happen for us! For some reason there was a bad fuse in the unit. James, the repairman said that is usually caused by something, though he checked thoroughly and couldn’t find another problem, so suspects the manufacturer just sent a bad fuse as that happens. James was efficient, capable and very polite. We’re very pleased with the great service provided by Able.

Able heating and cooling more than impressed me. I called in the middle of the hot week with a down AC unit, and they were able to get me in the next morning! Another thing I appreciated was he told me he would be there by 10am. He was there at 9:59. Francis took photos and videos of all work done, explained everything in detail, and was very informative. Much respect, there’s a reason your company has so many 5 stars.

I’ve been working with Able heating and cooling for a few years now. They helped me replace my old AC and Heater a few years ago. And when our air conditioner had a warranty issue they were quick to fix it and get us back up and running. Everyone we interacted with were kind and respectful and their installers were very knowledgeable and clean.

AVOID. Promised features on a new furnace. Didn’t follow through on work. Then when questioned on non completion, came back with $8000 quote

We had Able Heating & Cooling come out to do a preventive service on heating and AC systems at our house, and everyone we dealt with from Able was professional, polite, respectful, and, best of all, effective - all-in all a very pleasant experience. From the lady handling phone scheduling, to another lady who called to ask if it was okay move up the techs' arrival time a bit, to the techs Kevin and Francis, all interactions were great.  Thanks, Able, for having a well-trained team who handled all the details, documented thoroughly, and presented any challenges found in a neutral and balanced manner, backed up with easily understandable numbers.

Able Heating provided outstanding service for our repair. I came home from a trip to find the A/C not working. I called Able at 7:55 pm and the phone was answered right away! A service tech, Brandon, came by the next day, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part for us. Brandon was informative, knowledgeable and courteous. Due to age of our system, the part took a couple of days but was installed promptly upon receipt.

Service was efficient, Brandon was careful to check all systems methodically… replaced an item on air conditioning unit and checked all systems to ensure in working order. I can’t compare pricing as Able is the only company I’ve used over the years. Trust is big in my book…until things change with the company I will recommend.

Able Heating & Cooling -highly recommend! They worked things out for us to get SAME DAY! Service on a weekend—middle of summer and a day when we woke up to our AC not running—with forecast of 97 degrees! Francis, our technician called and asked to come EARLIER than scheduled which as it was already warming up in the house was extremely appreciated! He was professional and so nice! This company was wonderful when installing 8 years ago and am big when we needed a repair!

Francis was my technician, and he was wonderful. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and communicated what needed to be done with the servicing of my heater.

this is the best and most honest company I have worked with in a long time. They stand behind their work and honor fixing any problems that come up. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a very unusual condo with a very unusual furnace situation. And he was able to help figure our problem out and in a timely manner. Got our thermostat fixed and programmed correctly even though we have an unusual model. Fare in the pricing and cost of the fix.
