They unapologetically refused to provide any service. The reason given was that I "own a manufactured home".

They are very responsive and work with the customer to assist in getting the tools they need to complete the work. Definitely would be confident in referring them.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

I’ve had great luck with Bruner. Friendly, prompt, and quality work. Appreciate Justin and how he explains the work in common terms and how he outlines what to be on the lookout for. These folks are definitely my primary plumbing provider.

Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Bruner Plumbing continues to do an excellent job providing superb service and consistently excellent work. Eric was very professional and extremely thorough while managing all our plumbing needs.

Bruner was recommended by George Morlan. What a find. Justin was a delight and helped us solve three issues we were worried about. He explained that the backflow valve in the crawl space was not operating properly because I had not been able to tighten the lid. All for a very reasonable price. Did I mention that we are elderly.

Absolutely incredible. We had a pipe burst on our back patio during a snow/ice storm and I called Ben the day it happened and he was so helpful. Even suggested I send him photos and talked me through the job and really eased my concerns. Two days later Eric was here and not only fixed the pipe but installed an upgraded option to hopefully keep this from happening in the future. Fast, wonderful work. Highly highly recommend.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. If you're looking for quality plumbing work in the Portland area, I would highly recommend them!

From the receptionist to the two technicians that came out my experience was exceptional! I had called around to at least 25 companies to help fix a water line to my house and no one was available or wanted to help. A lot were rude and it seemed like my call was annoying. Bruner was not only willing to help but wanted to help. The receptionist took down my information and within about 10 minutes called and said she found a couple of guys that would come over and help me. They showed up about 30 minutes later and were very personable and knowledgeable. I forgot to mention above that this was also after regular hour service. Bruner saved the day for me and my family! I could go on and on about how amazing they were. If you are in need of a plumber do not hesitate to call Bruner!

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! We will be using them again the next time something comes up and definitely would refer anyone to them. Highly recommended!
