Receptionists, is rude. Won’t call her back. To bad for the company.

I called and they said they are not taking any new appointments this summer. So if I could put zero stars I would.

This is our third time using Western Plumbing, and they are always fantastic to work with. They are reasonable, on time, professional, and all around great to work with!

Very poor workmanship, failed to connect drains to sewer line, failed 3 final inspections, scratched new tub, left gaps around finish piping, left foam residue on new tile floor. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Western Plumbing is a great group to work with. From the owners and office staff, to the plumbers and helpers. Everyone is courteous and respectful with my clients, and the work is top notch!

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.

I had a plumber come out for a non-emergency slow leak, and they were able to get to me very quickly. They came out just a few days after my call and the plumber was very polite and professional. Also very fast! The job was done in no time and cost very little. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again if something comes up.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.

I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted. I could tell they didn't want to waste time lollygagging and just wanted to get the job done. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do the job in our home besides them! THANK YOU WESTERN PLUMBING!

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,

We had to have our hardwood floors refinished about a year and a half ago. Western had a plumber come out to remove the toilet before the repairs.

I decided to get a new tall toilet with super flush. They brought out the new one, gave me a great price for the toilet and installation and took away the old toilet.

Very prompt and reasonable service.

I am calling tomorrow to have a hot water recycling pump installed. I could do it but the boss said no. She wanted someone younger than 70 doing the work.

I can't say enough good things about Bruner Plumbing. I had major underground leak. First plumbing company, PDX Cavation, told me I had to replace entire water lines and get new shut off valve for $8320. Bruner Plumbing said let's just fix underground leak. Their bid was $1450. They found a bad connection between the pvc pipe and copper pipe that had finally burst after 40 years. Finished job in one day and repaired my toilet for free. I know nothing about plumbing and was desperate to get major water leak fixed. First company was ready to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and desperation. Bruner Plumbing handled it ethically and profeciently.
