I had a leak behind my washing machine. I called Pipeline Plumbing because I've been using them for years, and have always received great service at a reasonable price. This experience was no exception! I got an appointment right away, within a few days of my call. Specialist Daniel Robles arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. What I had hoped it would be a simple fix of a leaky hose ended up being something more, but he patiently explained what was going on and quoted me an estimate that was within the range that I expected to pay. The part had to be ordered, but Daniel was back out within one week, accompanied by Finn, to finish the repair, explain what was done and their warranty of their work. As has been my experience with Pipeline Plumbing, I received five star service with a smile at a price I could afford! Daniel is an exceptionally qualified, friendly and helpful plumbing specialist. 👏🏻😊

They came to replace a pump and descale our water heater. They let us know that they finished and then left - we were in the middle of work, so didn't go and check over everything. Well, turned out they didn't reattach a pipe/hose thing that they were supposed to and so water leaked all over our utility room. A heads up that we needed to run the water to get rid of the cloudiness after the service would have also been nice.

Would highly recommend Pipeline. Daniel and Taylor arrived on time, were very efficient, and did a great job. They answered all of my questions and were incredibly professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Pipeline again!

I recently moved into an older home and had some troubles with the hot water. The home is 60 years old with concrete radiant floor heating, not simple! Michael and Jeff effectively assigned the issue and provided clear, transparent information that made me feel informed of the issues and my options to resolve them. I called Pipeline Plumbing to update the water line and add a 1/4 inch angle stop to feed the icemaker of a fridge, replace an old kitchen sink faucet, and remove some old hardware. They were able to send plumber Chris Harper out just a couple days later to do this work. The communication was great. They let me know the time frame, texted me on the day before his arrival, and he arrived when expected. Chris answered all my questions, gave me some options, and completed the work in a couple hours; he was excellent. I've used this company for other work at the house and have always been happy with their service. Would definitely hire again.

We had a truck run over our well and it broke the main line. Another company quoted a high rate and delays in getting to the job - not Pipeline! They sent Michael out who assessed the problem, got right to work and got our water back! Jeff came out and delivered the part needed to complete the job and Michael stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Courteous, professional and responsive. They have my business whenever I need plumbing work!

Chris B was awesome. He was kind, funny, and knowledgeable. We had a situation where our dishwasher was leaking. We suspected vermin, we were right. Chris pulled out the dishwasher and there was evidence of them building nest as they had chewed through the wall. Chris B immediately let us know this was another situation entirely and even went so far as to recommend a company to come out and assess the situation that he trusted in his own home.
Great customer service and we appreciated the honesty and compassion. We paid for minimal service with the plumbing company and felt good knowing we had next steps lined up already. Thank you!!

Our bathroom sink unattached from its pipes under the sink and went unnoticed until I went to get toilet paper only to realize that they were our last soggy line of defense before a leaky catastrophe. I called Pipeline and they sent Mike out the next day. It took him less than an hour to have our pipes fixed and set to rights. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

I had scheduled some minor home repairs through another plumbing company, but due to a “technician emergency”, they had to transfer my job to Pipeline. The technician (Michael) was incredible friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me great advice regarding some of my plumbing needs. Their prices are a bit more than some other companies, but when it comes to plumbing issues I think the price is worth the piece of mind. I’ll absolutely be using Pipeline Plumbing from here on out!

I noticed some water damage on my ceiling and Chris came out to inspect for a leak. I got a next day appointment and he was so friendly and I really appreciated his expertise/recommendations. Will be using them again for a new counter install next month - would definitely recommend their services!

Jeff, Josh, and Dominick did a great job throughout my home. Replaced a water heater, installed a whole-house water filtration system, improved water pressure at the kitchen sink, fine-tuned toilets and showers, checked pipe integrity, and more. The water filter is an incredible upgrade to solve for contaminants that were highly irritating and affected cleaning. All at a reasonable price and in less than a day. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Pipeline Plumbing and Drains. Our plumber was Mike. He came once to assess our two issues - the kitchen sink and a toilet - and sent an estimate later that afternoon. We were in a time crunch and were able to get scheduled for the repairs later the same week. Mike was on time for the initial assessment and for the repair job. He was professional, communicative, and did great work. He left the work areas clean, and our new faucet and toilet look and work great.

Because of the size of our combined projects we were also able to get a membership for one year which will help us with some other plumbing needs if they come up (and with the house built in 1950 they probably will!).

We will definitely use pipeline in the future and would love to have Mike be our plumber again!

Taylor was the absolute best. Arrived at my house very quickly. Took a minute to explain was he was doing very clearly. Was careful and thoughtful. Really nice guy and he did great work! My pipes are in great shape now! Taylor is awesome!
