Excellent experience! I sincerely thank the exceptional folks at George Morlan Plumbing for their help in replacing my water heater. In just a few minutes, they told me exactly what I needed after my old one stopped working. After sending him a couple of photos with the model info and available space in that corner, we were done. They arrived the next day, removed the old one, and installed the new one securely. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and efficient everything went. They had the unit I needed in stock.

Their prices are higher than other places, but it was well worth it! They know their stuff, and I prefer supporting local businesses with trustworthy people. He answered my questions about rebates, various water-heating technologies, warranties, space and safety requirements for building codes, etc., and he was polite and respectful of my time.

Considering how difficult it is to reach someone for help elsewhere without giving up your contact information and subjecting yourself to countless calls for weeks from people hard-selling their products and services, these guys were a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend saving yourself much wasted time and frustration elsewhere—call these folks, and I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was. 5 stars, A+!!!

They do not understand my Toto toilet issue. Yes my flapper is old and crusty, but if it falls straight down over the seal, it seals. My problem is the two bends in the valve arm swinging it towards the front of the tank and dragging the flapper with it. When it is released the flapper ends up hanging on the edge of the seal. Now if you have a replacement that is NOT built this way and it works, I'll amend my review.

Edit: Tank replacement with the lever on the front of the tank like most toilets, would work too.

Glen is the best! The whole staff is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t shop anywhere else. Skip Home Depot if you want quality fixtures and great service.

Shout out to Kesh at the Tigard George Morgan where I had previously felt unwelcome… Kesh was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out everything from a diverter to trim for our shower project. In addition to us walking out the door with a quote for our project, she worked to update our quote as we changed out finishes.

Alex was so, so helpful! He found me the correct adapter to fit my shower hose and connect my washer dryer combo! I’ve struggled to find an adapter that would fit for quite some time, and I didn’t know that the solution was right there! It was a good thing I brought in all of my supplies, so that would show him exactly what I needed, and it was a very, very quick fix!

We have gone to George Morlan for all of our plumbing needs for years. And we will continue to do so.
Yesterday our (15 year old) water heater began to leak. I called first thing in the morning, and they efficiently worked out all details over the phone within a few minutes. A plumber was able to come and replace our water heater that same day! The whole experience couldn’t have been more seamless.

I was very happy with the work done by Miguel Longoria of George Morlan Supply. Within two hours of my phone call to George Morlan, Miguel was at my house and started work replacing my old hot water heater. The work was carefully done and looks great. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. I would call them again if I needed other plumbing work done.

Wonderful sales staff and customer service. I bought 2 bathroom faucets and the salesperson was friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. I visiting George Morlan on 11/01 and 11/03 to purchase the Delta cartridge for our bathroom shower. HS, the Salesman help me with information how to remove the cartridge itself. Later on I came back and HS showed me how to get the handle out as well, by drilling the handle since its screw can’t remove. Staff member here are greeting all customer with a smile and very knowledgeable. If you need any plumbing parts, don’t hesitate to stop by and support your local shop owner. I would recommend this place to all.

Service guy was great. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Did a great job given the circumstances of the issue. Probably took 2hrs which over $600 seemed excessive but it wasn't worth saving whatever to deal with additional quotes and have them be similar in cost. Again, he did a solid job. Which i paid for.

We were impressed with Pipeline's initial response to our call for help to solve our broken water line to the house. Even more impressed with their solving of the problem. The organization and timeliness of the different crews were outstanding, They kept us informed about what next steps would be and when. We compliment Perry, Mike, and all of the team members on a job well done. For us, Pipeline definitely met their motto "where quality meets integrity".

Daniel Robles came to fix a water pipe leak and did a great job! He explained everything he repaired and was very courteous. Highly recommend him and Pipeline Plunbing.

We had service done recently on our kitchen faucet. Mike was our service tech and we couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable and professional. (Very nice too)He diagnosed the problem and after having the part sent to us, he came back quickly and installed the part. One of the nicest and friendliest technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. (The dogs loved him too!!) I highly recommend asking for Mike!!!

I have no technology DNA so this might be a repeat, but they were great. They were here lessen an hour after I called. They were efficient, polite, helpful, always had covers over their shoes. They cleaned up as they went long and vacuumed everything up after they were done. So thank you, Joshua, and your assistant.
I really appreciate your work, and of course.I will be referring anybody I know that has plumbing issues to contact you a highly recommend them. Actually, I had a garbage disposal removed rather than put in, but that wasn't on the list.

Very knowledgeable and professional journeyman plumber Chris H. replaced the faucet in my kitchen, and also made a minor repair to my bathroom sink. Very happy with the service. I would call Pipeline again in the future.

Our OLD water heater started leaking—Pipeline came out the same day to replace it. The plumber, Christopher Harper, and his assistant were very nice, worked quickly, and left us with a beautiful new water heater and a clean space. We’ve used Pipeline for numerous jobs, including a complete repipe. They’re excellent every time!

These are my go to plumbers to call with any issues. We have used them for over 6 years. Each person has been knowledgeable, direct, and fixed the issues for the long term (vs cutting corners).

This house has had a *lot* of badly done DIY fixes across the board. At the time of posting this, Daniel and Ryker just left after addressing an issue of a bathroom shower leaking into our garage . These two were incredibly professional, good humored and were able to explain the several points of failure in a way that I could easily understand. They made sure the parts and methods of fixing this will be something I don't have to worry about going forward.

We've had them do toilet installs, faucet replacements, under sink shutoff replacements, and misc other tasks. Prices are very reasonable and they always offer a variety of fixes depending on the budget of the homeowner.

I had a pressure regulator valve and a thermal expansion tank installed. Michael B. let me know he was on his way and was on time. Michael was very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything. Dominic Z. installed both. He checked his work which was flawless. The site looked like it had never been disturbed. Dominic was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. They gave me piece of mind and will use them again. 😊

Thanks to Pipeline for getting me on the schedule the day after I called with my water heater issue. Chris was VERY professional and helpful and spent extra time and effort (above and beyond) diagnosing the problem thoroughly and got me up and running!!!

We had our water main replaced and a PRV installed. All of the people we interacted with were very professional and the office staff were very responsive and proactive communicators. We will definitely use Pipeline again and will recommend. Particular shout outs to - Chris, Samantha, Taylor, Ryker, Blake, Finn and Sergio and Nick who bore our new line.
