Called another plumber originally to cap a garage spigot and add one to actual yard. I setup an appt for 3 weeks out when they were available. Was very clear I had a siding contractor out following week so needed to keep appt so that any work done by plumbers can be sealed up by contractors, etc. Week comes and they cancel without telling me and have an answering service handle all calls instead of direct to the company. Then they came out and wanted to do work I didnt want and for a very high price. Called the Plumbers and got the owner on a late Friday and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to my situation and then got someone out the next week to help me. Cory came out and killed it! Did exactly what I wanted, was on time, easy to talk with, and did an excellent job above and beyond what I needed. This is skill and great customer service at work. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer of The Plumber's Inc since they opened their doors! As a busy Realtor, I rely on them for their honest and timely service in time sensitive situations and can always count on an honest and fair assessment. Most recently, John, has made several house calls at my personal home! Great customer service! I highly recommend them all!

The Plumbers Inc does do good work it seems, however in order to be a great company they should not take advantage of customers, and that is exactly what they do. Charging over $700 an hour is just plain disrespectful. When they hand over the quote you don’t know how long it will take, so you assume that they are honest good people not trying to take advantage of you. Then they come out and spend 4 hours to complete the job and you pay the $3000 they quoted, that is not a good company. That is a company that in conjunction with other plumbing companies raises rates to unfathomable levels. Where are the honest companies that charge fair rates?!?

The Plumbers Inc was very responsive and made a huge effort to fit us quickly into their busy schedule. When they identified the problem, they explained thoroughly the solution before beginning the work. Work was done quickly and with quality!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve used them for smaller jobs with good success. I recently discovered that my older home’s original water main had a leak (after the meter) and needed an urgent replacement in a complex area with dense tree roots and utilities. This company was so responsive—they quickly provided a cost competitive and informed quote and politely helped answer all my questions. They interfaced with city utilities and were able to complete the main part of the job in lightening speed— 48 hours after the quote! The whole team executed the water main replacement with surgical precision and efficiency—hats off to these experts! I’ll go out of my way to recommend this company to others.

Electricians love their plumbers! Our folks nicked a main water line at a customer's home while completing an electrical project. All water had to be shut off until leak was repaired. This was towards the end of the day so we were quite concerned about making a same day repair happen. Plumbers Inc had one of their folks on the way in 15 minutes, and repairs were completed an hour later. Big shout from Mike's Electric to Judah and his crew for bailing us out on short notice.

Jeff did an absolute great job, he was professional and courteous. He let me bring my dog out to meet him before starting the day as she doesn't like to meet new people. Thank you Jeff and Plumbers Inc. we will definitely reach out for our plumbing needs.

I recently had a drain leak under my kitchen of a rental unit I own.
I contacted Judah ( owner) and he had his plumber ( Christian) out to repair the next morning and had job completed in 90 minutes. Judah is matter in fact and is a stellar plumber as well, providing excellent and professional customer service.

Christian explained everything in a direct and efficient manner with all the facts I needed to know perfectly what was needed for a perfect repair all of which I very much appreciated!

During the recent freeze, I had a frozen faucet in the main bathroom and the hose bib at the front of my garage. Plumbers Inc. put me in their schedule & Jeff came out & replaced the faucets and repaired the leak in the garage. This was done in a timely manner. Jeff was very professional and polite. After a bathtub DIY mishap left me with a broken pipe, I called in a moment of desperation. Tracy picked up, and she couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding as I explained the mess I’d made.

Joe, their top-notch plumber arrived and was incredible! Not only did he have to cut through the sheet rock (sorry about that, Joe), but he also saved my bathtub from the mess I made. And it was magically restored.

On a separate occasion, I called in and spoke to a gentleman in the office, who was also fantastic, about my toilet leaking from the bottom. Keith came out and replaced the seal under my toilet and the toilet itself. He was also amazing!

The whole team was incredibly professional. They wore shoe covers the entire time they were in my house, and I couldn’t help but marvel at the high-quality work and the respect for my home. Just had my main water line repaired by The Plumbers Inc. I found the leak before flying out to the East Coast on Memorial Day weekend. So dealt with them 3,000 miles away. They made sure we had a partial fix when we returned. Staff and the crew were wonderful. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

I've used The Plumbers Inc twice now with exceptional results. Today, I had them come fix two issues (a leaky hot water line) and replace an under sink J trap. John B came to my home and was incredibly professional, curteous, and on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix everything in under 1 hour. He even informed me he saw one of my sewage lines sagging, so he added a J bracket to prop it up and ensure the sewage line was properly draining to the exterior.

I'm absolutely thrilled about the work The Plumbers, Inc does! Their pricing is also very reasonable. They have an hourly rate (which fluctuates as the cost of labor goes up every year. At the time of this writing it's around $158/hr.), but they won't try to gouge you as they reasonably explain the work they are doing and what you can expect to have done.

I was so happy that I chose to do business with Plumbers Inc. Aaron came out to give me an estimate on a new water heater and see a few other things that I needed done at specific times because I was having new floors installed. Keith was the plumber who was sent to do the job. He was so cooperative, professional, and easy to work with. I described him as a breath of fresh air. The City was here to turn off the water to my condo building, Keith was here to drain and remove the old water heater, and the floor installers were here to demolish the old and install the new. And, they all had to work around one another like a well choreographed scene. Keith was truly the star to me. Quiet strength with a smile that never left his face. And the best part...nothing leaked on my beautiful new floors. I highly recommend Plumbers Inc for your plumbing needs.

The Plumbers Inc is a great company. I did a repipe of my home, and worked mainly with Arron (and his apprentice Kyle), who were awesome.

I am very happy to find such a reliable and reputable plumbing company. I don't think they do much advertising but they can do everything except drain cleaning so they will be my go to company for any plumbing projects. Highly recommend!

The service from Plumbers Inc was exceptional. Our master shower had a slow leak. Keith arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, informative and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and set about repairing it - again, quickly. He minimized any mess and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Very happy with The Plumbers Inc and will definitely use them again and will specifically ask for Keith!

Great response to repair a toilet with a compressed air tank. I was worried that we would need to replace the toilet, but they debugged the problem and it was fixed by replacing a part. Toilet works great now! I highly recommend Plumbers Inc.
