I reached out to Loves Plumbing because there were some odd things going on with my tankless electric water heater. Kyle took all of the information and quickly got to work. He jumped into the crawl space and immediately identified I had a significant water leak in my hot water line. I would have never known! After some troubleshooting, we both concluded the unit needed to be replaced (btw - an electric tankless heater on amazon is around $500). In no time, Kyle had the unit replaced and everything back up and running. Kyle is extremely professional, analytical and affordable. Its clear he isn't going to leave the site until he knows everything is right and you're satisfied.

Kyle has come to our rescue twice! Once we had a clogged toilet that would not budge with all of our plunging efforts! He also came and repaired one of our toilets that had strange parts we couldn’t repair on our own (and we tried)!!!

Great company! The plumbers are professional and respectful of your property. They'll do a superior job and clean up after themselves...without you asking.

I called them to come out and give me a bid. They charged me $128 just to come out and give a quote. I was never told of the fee until he was leaving. The best part was when he quoted me $1200 for a 50 gallon water heater. The very next place I called quoted me $925. This place is over priced and does shady business.
