Kyle communicated with me prior to arriving. He was professional and took care of several issues, amongst them installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, flushing shower lines to get better water flow. A couple days later I had a plumbing issue. I texted him for advice and he walked me through a solution. I was so appreciative. I found his name on ND with recommendations from two other people. I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend him.

Kyle is such a friendly, professional guy. He was communicative ahead of arriving and really flexible with scheduling. I will be recommending him to my friends and family for all of their plumbing needs going forward.

We called Tyler on a Saturday morning because we had a leak in the main pipe. Even though he was fully booked, he accommodated us and made time to help. His communication was excellent—he clearly explained the issue, walked us through the solution, and kept us informed throughout the process. His work was exceptional, clean, and professional. Kyle was really great to work with. We had sinks in our bathroom that hadn’t worked well for several years, there was barely a trickle coming out. We also discovered that there were no shut off valves. He problem solved with us, installed shut off valves and flushed the pipes and suddenly we have water pressure again. He was friendly, very prompt and really great to work with.

Kyle plumbed a new bathroom into my upstairs, and he did a phenomenal job! I have worked in the home arena as a designer/remodeler/agent, and I’ve used a lot of plumbers. I have never had a plumber (or sub in general) do such beautiful work! He is incredibly neat in his work and in his personality. The rates were very competitive, and unlike other subcontractors, Kyle always showed up when he said he would. I’ll be using Loves Plumbing for all my plumbing jobs going forward!

Are you someone who asks lots of questions and wants to chat about things like me?! Don’t worry- they weren't bothered, took the time to explain, showed me everything in detail after the work was done, left it clean, and did an amazing job.
I had a unique water heater switch out; that they trouble shot, handled, totally nailed.
Even with having to sacrifice a patch of dry wall or two, which they warned of in advance:
They cut precisely, left me the squares for patching, even looked at access covers with me to discuss easy fixing for this new home owner.
Tub spout replacements? Quick and perfect.

Kyle set a time to come help me with my plumbing. He showed up on time, was very polite, didn't have a smoker smell and he did a great job in a timely manner. When I had my next plumbing mishap he was totally happy to answer some questions over the phone and help me out. I looking forward to using him next time I have a plumbing issue. Kyle will do a great job for you at a reasonable price. He is trustworthy and hard-working. You have to love, Love's plumbing!

My water heater went out leaking unexpectedly and I was calling around and couldn’t find anyone to come help. They came out and went and got us a new tank that day and came back and installed it and got done very quickly, cleaned up and educated us on how it works.
