Our technician today was Cameron and he was fantastic. We had just moved into this house and he helped solve the drain clog we were having, explained what happened and why, and how to prevent it in the future. We now have a working kitchen sink in under an hour!

I had a complete clog in the sink of my main bathroom. Tried for two days to fix it myself. Cameron came out to take a look within a few hours of me first contacting CT Drains. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to me, answered all my questions, and talked me through the whole process.

Once I left him to his work he had fixed the problem, replaced the damaged part of the drain, and tested everything for drainage and leakes within less than 30 minutes.

Definitely going to use CT Drain's services in the future.

We had a slow drain and old pipes, so we were a little concerned about snaking the pipes. The tech who helped us was super patient, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process. Someone was able to get out to our house fast, the work went very quickly, and we're now enjoying a properly working drain again. Will definitely use this group for future plumbing needs.

Chris and Cameron were great to work with. They were on time and very helpful with a not so great situation. When the pipes could not be cleared, I was given photos and videos with explanations and a referral to who could fix the pipe. They were the second company I called and would gladly call them again.

John the technician at CT Drains was absolutely amazing!. He was super friendly, he was on time and was very efficient and had the best positive attitude ever! I wish all contracts were like John. If you are ever in need of a drain clean out please don't waste your time with other companies just call CT Drains and get it handled right the first time. Hard to find a good plumbing company. But so happy I found CT Drains. Chris and Cameron were absolutely fantastic! They were super helpful before, during, and after the job — making sure all our issues were being addressed.

I work for a general contractor and we only use CT Drains for our scopes and drainage needs. They are a family owned business whose quality of work is incomparable. They are fast, efficient and very competitive with their pricing. They take very good care of all of their clients and I can’t say thank you enough! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

We got referred to CT Drains from Blackcat Plumbing who said they have been working with CT Drains for years and has nothing but good things to say about them. This is high praise from a very reputable plumbing company. I called and spoke to them about a significant blockage in my grey water sewage line. Not only were they able to get the line cleared on the day we called, they also gave us some information about running a camera into the line if we ever needed. The final thing I will say is that they are extremely reasonably priced. Please don't use a company that does a basic amount of training for people before sending them out, use CT Drains who has been doing this as their primary job for years and are obviously experts at it.

Made an appointment, they arrived within the appt window and were very quick and professional. We had an open question about a drain and they performed a scope so that we could inspect the drain. Great service. Fast and helpful!!

Blown away with how well Chris and his team dealt with our problem. We live in a multi-story condo, so they had to go to several units to ensure the work was complete. Their communication was outstanding, with a quick response time, and they were courteous every step of the way. Will only be using them in the future.

I worked with Cameron today. This guy was amazing. Super responsive and communicative. Also definitely fair pricing. Will definitely be recommending CT drains to any and everyone who asks for a plumber.

To give some context, the night before I reached out to CT Drain, my second story shower started was draining slowly. When I went downstairs to figure out what was going on, I found my downstairs toilet backed up and spewing like a fountian. After having spent the entire night cleaning, I was cancelled on by another plumbing company. I reached out to Chris who responded to my message in the same day and initially said he could get me in the following morning. While I was thinking of what to do next, he gave me a call saying that he had a technician in the area and could send them over immediately if I was home. John arrived within the hour and got down to work, he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me the process. Turns out my sewage main was clogged and he gave me a best and worst case scenario. He was transparent with pricing and did his best to avoid doing racking up extra costs. He ended up fixing it within the hour and even offered to help clean up afterwards. CT Drain is the best and most reasonably priced plumbing company I've ever had to the pleasure of working with. I'll be sure to recommend and use you guys moving forward!

We’re in the process of selling our home and had a sewer line scope performed by the buyers that uncovered major issues not detected when we purchased six years ago. We called Chris this morning, and he was able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief since repairs during inspections need to move quickly. His prompt response was greatly appreciated.

When Chris arrived and began cleaning the line, he immediately noticed something wasn’t right and quickly determined that it wasn’t actually the sewer line. He pivoted right away, found the correct access point inside the house, completed the scope, and provided detailed videos and reports, all within an hour.

CT Drains replaced my toilet quickly and stayed within the budget they quoted. The plumber showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly about what he was doing, handled the installation without any issues, and hauled away the old toilet.

We were referred to Chris and CT Drains through another plumber (always a good sign!), and our experience working with them was great. Chris understood the issue over the phone, told me we'd have John at our house between 1 - 4 as they were working to squeeze us in same day, but said he'd call to give an update. He did call, was on time, diagnosed the issue, and had our main line cleared and bathroom cleaned back up in no time. They explained exactly what they did, why, and how it solved the issue. Just a great team to work with and while we hope we don't need more things cleared in the future, if we do it's a no brainer working with CT again.
