Recommended by our plumber, who did not tell us an appointment was required. No greeting, unfriendly staff. We were told no one was available to help, and it was not suggested that we return at a better time. We were asked "Is it just ONE bathroom?" We did not feel like they wanted our business.

Went in today to pick out shower head, handles, etc and was told no one could help me without an appointment and they were booked 6 days out. What?! Just to speak to someone?! Won't be going back. EVER. Went to George Morlan and they had what I needed and they were NOT rude.

Wonderful help! We had a very specific need— remodeling a bathroom to ADA standards and our salesperson went above and beyond to pull together a cohesive, stylish look that is functional. The person living in the home gets to bathe in a beautiful space that doesn’t feel at all institutional, a common problem when choosing accessible fixtures. Additionally, all the “behind the scenes” parts and fixtures were carefully chosen and our order came complete and with no do-overs. Highly, highly recommend!

I don’t go here too often mainly because you pretty much have to “will call” orders in ahead of time or at least that’s what my boss says. BUT every time I do go here, the staff at this branch are very polite, respectful and professional. They have exceptional customer service and they don’t look at me like I’m stupid if I give them the “wrong” name for an item. They also let me add stuff to the order at the counter with no complaints. They carry blue monster products which i prefer and they always have everything I need. They’re actually my back up when Ferguson doesn’t have what I want. The only 2 downsides are; they tend to be quite a bit more expensive in certain things compared to the other supply houses, and you can’t just grab a basket and go shopping in there like you would at Ferguson.

I was so impressed with George and Mason’s help. They both deserve a big kudos.

They were able to get one part delivered for me and the other was going to take a long time. But they both text me part numbers, and worked expediently to make a solution happen for me in a trying time.

I’ll certainly be recommending Consolidated to others and using them any chance I get!

my water main was broken and I was without water to my home, they came and replaced the hole water main without digging up the sidewalk and got my water turned back on. Great customer service.

I don’t often give 5 star reviews but Kyle has truly earned it - his prices are extremely fair, he is on time and professional, he’s fast, and he texts (huge plus for me lol). And when I say his prices are fair I mean it - he has a very good understanding of the projects and the time it will take so he doesn’t have to over quote to cover himself. He has helped us with two projects - one a repair on our master bathroom sink, then a more complicated repair on a leaky pipe that required him to go in the crawlspace and replace some galvanized. Both were kind of urgent repairs and he dropped pretty much everything to get over and help us out. I have two more projects planned for him, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Super easy to work with on our bathroom remodels. We would gladly have him back for any future projects big or small.
