Had an excellent experience. Chris was very responsive and communicative. Afterwards he gave an update to my plumber which I appreciated. I was worried about the expense but I felt the price was fair. Jose was great too.

Chris did a wonderful job, for one of our customers, clearing a kitchen/ shower combination in a basement. The tricky thing was that the clog kept reoccurring, due to something in the drain and couldn't go past that point. They spent time locating the area, and determined there was an object in the line.
We came out and were able to remove a section of the floor and remove the object. They were spot on!!
Shout out to CT Drains and sewer. They were very professional and helpful when trying to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Cameron came out to fix a nasty clog in our utility sink with ancient plumbing. He was super friendly, very quick and thorough. It was a real pleasure to hire a service plumber and not be overcharged and upsold a bunch of stuff we don't really need. CT Drains was affordable, available, and had great communication and customer service.

Nice place to get quality bathroom remodeling supplies. Faucets, sinks, bathtubs, etc. You will need to have an appointment.

Had a problem with a product, manager did not make it right. Went to branch manager Lori who did make it right. Women understand what is right and this is a woman owned business

Terrible customer service. I spent a extra $100 to have something expedited and 1 week later they tell me it just shipped without really showing any remorse. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Phenomenal selection of plumbing here at Consolidated supply. Very good service I've have at the will call desk. Very good complete line of abs and pvc dwv fittings. They carry canplas brand! Found some really hard to find fittings. Consolidated supply has become a way better plumbing warehouse than it used to be. Consolidated is way better than Ferguson. I'm definitely going to come back for more plumbing. Thank you

Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and expertise in town. I came in looking for a bathtub I'm designing a bathroom for and worked with Pole Jensen....She was very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tub. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!

Wow. Super friendly folks. I needed a kitchen faucet. So I went to the fixture gallery right next to consolidated supply. They let me look around a bit by myself. When I asked for help, I received it from one person start to finish. Answered all my questions, and made honest, helpful recommendations. A truly class act. I will return when I need another faucet, sink, toilet, tub, handwashing station, countertop trash....they had some cool stuff...

This company really knows how to treat their customers and give outstanding prices that are in some cases half the price of Fergusson. Donavan is an awesome employee. He has delivered parts to my jobsite on a couple occasions in order to help us finish on time. The price of their 3" wirsbo gun was over $600 less than the price at Fergusson. We once had a great business working with Familian NW but after it became Fergusson things changed.
