While the gentleman who came to my home was kind and professional and very quick, I would like to stress that he did infact inform me that he was not vaccinated for covid-19 through a series of questions I asked. I appreciate his honesty and the fact he wore a mask the entire time. I do have two children who don't have the opportunity to be vaccinated and the risk still exists for them. While I appreciate everyone's freedom to choose, I wish I was given the option to have a vaccinated plumber come to my home instead so i felt more safe for my childrens lives.

Chris the technician dispatched to come to our home was very professional. Very friendly, professional, and knows what he is doing.

I manage the rental of a home in the Tigard area which sustained considerable damage to the sprinkler system from work going on at the house next door by a company known as The Plumbers. The neighbor who was having the work done told my owner that The Plumbers accidentally cut the supply line and did some other zone damage to our system and gave us the name and contact information for the owner whose name is Judah. My owner called the company several times but could never talk to the owner about covering the cost of repair which was slightly over $2488.00. My owner emailed the company pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice. No response.
I then placed several calls to Judah over the next couple of months and was always told by the receptionist that my call would be forwarded to Judah but, again, no response.
In closing it is disappointing for my owner to have been so financially harmed without a single apology or acknowledgement of their error.

The Plumbers did a re-pipe of my house and replaced the main service line from the street. Always showed up on-time and with a great attitude. Exceptional work, and their prices are more than fair. A+ 10/10

Had a leak in upstairs bathroom faucet. Plumber was helpful in getting us started on working with our homeowners insurance to get the walls opened and dried. Didn't do any examination on the first visit looking for the leak, claiming he needed the walls opened up to find it. Came back when the walls were opened up but the upstairs sinks weren't connected. Plumber left without doing work again because he needed the sinks hooked up.

The leak was in the sink and was found as soon as we had a different plumber come out and fix it in one visit. Nothing was stopping this service from fixing the problem on the first visit, but they tried to string it out to 3 visits and charges.

Immediate response! AND ON TIME! Employee, Christian, showed up, confirmed the work that was ordered, perfectly in fact. He was throughout with his explanation of work being performed as well as his findings. My husband and I highly recommend The Plumbers and his staff, if you want EXCELLENT service!

JOHN is the real deal plumber. Fixed our outdoor faucet leak, adjusted both toilets that were always running and got the cold water faucet working in our garden tub that had been barely working for 15 years! Such a pleasure to have him do our repairs. If you need your john fixed call John at The Plumbers, Inc.

Plumbers Inc. Did a fantastic job on my whole house repipe. John and Collin explained everything thing they did along the way so I was understanding of what they needed to do. Even The city inspector commented on what a great job John did installing our new piping system. I would highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!!!!

I can't recommend The Plumbers highly enough. We called them to install a new disposal, dishwasher and hot water recirculation pump. Though we ran into some fit issues with our kitchen cabinets that were solved the next morning (see my review of Pacific Northwest Cabinetry), the work they did perform was both excellent and priced fairly.
If you can get on their schedule, don't bother calling any other plumber or getting any other bids.

I have used The Plumbers Inc twice now. This most recent time was a bit more dramatic as we had a water leak. They were able to get to our home within a reasonable amount of time and did a great job communicating our options along the way. I recommend them for smaller and bigger projects.

The Plumbers Inc has completed three project for us. The have shown up as scheduled and completed their work in an orderly and workman like style. Their workers are courteous and neat. Their pricing is in line with the work completed.

I've been using this company for a few years now to do plumbing installs and repairs on a variety of properties I oversee. Typically they can get the work done in a reasonable time frame (there have been exceptions, but I can't fault a business for being busy). The work has always been done well and if I find a problem, they make it right. I like them so much that when I needed some substantial work done on my own house, I called them first. Their bid wasn't the lowest, but I knew I could trust the work to be done right. Also, they are all really nice people and that matters to me. Thanks Plumbers Inc!

The Plumbers, Inc. was recommended to us by our realtor, and has been a refreshing find in a sometimes-confusing industry. As a first-time homeowner, I relied heavily on this recommendation, and was surprised at how responsive and professional all of my interactions have been with their plumbers, helpers, and office staff. They have been helpful, and accommodating as we work with other contractors. I even got some helpful advice on how to maximize the efficiency of my system, and a couple of do-it-yourself tips. 5-stars. I will use them again.

The Plumbers Inc. has done both my personal home and all plumbing projects top to bottom as well as my office build out for 2 bathrooms and upgrading the existing shop floor drains. He also worked on many projects at our previous office clear to the septic tank. Judah Hamnes stands behind his work and the workers who perform it. They are committed to excellence and never make excuses but rather take care of any problems that arise. I trust them and they know that trust is the goal of all customers to our businesses. This is why I call them exclusively for any work needed from gas lines to drains to new fixtures, they are the best!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Plumbers Inc. I got a quick assessment and estimate from them about a week ago and was told that my bathtub leak, that dripped downstairs into my Airbnb apartment kitchen, could require cutting through the kitchen ceiling to access the pipes of the bathroom upstairs, and then would need drywalling and painting the ceiling to put my Airbnb back in condition to rent. It was going to be a very costly venture, but I had resigned myself to having to do it. Cory showed up to do the repair today and found that it was simply a matter of epoxying the drain in place for a small fraction of the expected cost. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity in giving me the best, most cost efficient alternative, when I would have been easy to take advantage of me as a customer who had already agreed to pay so much more. I recommend them wholeheartedly for excellent and honest service!!!

The handle on my bath faucet broke off and I asked them to replace just the handle and not the whole faucet. It probably wasn't a decision that made great sense to them, but they did what I asked and located the part for me and I now have a problem-free faucet, that simple. Past experiences with other plumbers haven't always been so problem-free, so I am very happy with their service and professionalism and highly recommend them. My neighbor just had them over to reconnect her kitchen and bath sinks after getting new countertops and they did a great job with that, too.

We had a great experience with the whole team at The Plumbers, Inc! Spoke to Tracy - she clearly outlined the possible costs, and was professional, friendly, and responsive. Cody and Christian did a great job replacing a section of our gas line and relocating another section. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and the end result was great. We highly recommend!
