I was extremely pleased with Dan's performance. He was pleasant to talk to; His troubleshooting skills were impressive as well; He tested his work by filling up the sink three times,and hearing the woosh and watching the mini vortex was a sight to behold.

The exterior drainage work under the front stairs was tricky, they weren't able to find the break. They did fix the break in the front lawn leading to the street, hooray. Came out in an atmospheric river to get the job done.

The first visit was $769 to scope the line. They found one break but were unable to find the other break. Evidence of both was present due to mud in the line. Second visit got the repair on the line in the lawn complete.

Decided to go with a company that does more concrete work for the concrete-related repair.

Had a clogged kitchen drain after getting rid of 3 slices of old rye bread…tried the usual liquid declogging agents, which barely did much. Called Zoom, and Phil was very helpful. No pressure to have to do anything emergently, but l preferred having someone come out to look at it, on a Saturday. The bread finally cleared and l had the appointment cancelled. Would definitely use Zoom in the future .

This is the 3rd time we have used Zoom Drain for urgent plumbing needs in our building and they have came the same day. Their drain tech, Dan, has always been prompt and keeps us apprised of cost and what the project entails. Their prices are very reasonable. We have used other companies in the past but will always call Zoom Drain first.

DAN was excellent at his job. Everyone was freindly. I got to talk to a real person on phone and they were local. They came right out and fixed my problems. I would use them again.
