Very friendly people, and the know how to get the job done on time!

Breaks noise ordinance for City of Gresham without regard to neighbors to Centennial Middle School. Third time this week.

Terrible company….. now they aren’t paying their subcontractors they will use any excuse not to pay.

Do not bid new projects to Emerick, they have been removed from jobsites for lack of payment to subcontractors @ Frog Pond ES. Yet some how they can still bid new work. They will not pay you on time or at all.

They owe me over $40,000 for cabinets I installed at a school. The school district paid them but their president Corey Lohman allegedly kept the money. What’s jaw-dropping is they just sent me another invitation to bid another project. These guys have no morals.

Our company finished putting up the doors for their project Dec. 2023. It is now end of June 2024 and we have not been paid. They put high praises for themselves online but act like crooks in real life. Have to put 1 star in order to post. They deserve 0000.

We did get paid a year after. We went after their bond.

I usually refrain from writing unfavorable reviews, but I feel compelled to address a significant issue concerning an outstanding payment that is due to us as subcontractors. Despite our numerous efforts to amicably resolve this situation, we have yet to receive the payment for the services we provided on a major commercial project for Emerick in Stayton, OR, which was completed last year. Our invoice, submitted shortly after the project's completion, clearly details the agreed-upon terms and the total amount owed, along with our signed contract with Emerick.

As a trusted partner, we prioritize maintaining open and effective communication. However, the ongoing delays in payment have adversely affected our operations. We hope you recognize the importance of fulfilling contractual obligations and the consequences of neglecting them.
We respectfully request your immediate attention to this issue and would appreciate a prompt update regarding the status of our payment.

A response to our emails would be a great start in moving this in a more postive direction.

We are willing to remove our review once this matter is settled.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Emerick had us do a job for $150,000.00 and never paid us. The job is done. The client is happy with the work. The employees and suppliers have been paid but Emerick never paid us a dime. We had to sue Emerick. Our attorney said we would be in line because they did not pay any of their sub-contractors.

Surely this company will be filing for bankruptcy any day now. They don't pay their bills or even pick up a phone. They are crooks. Just read the other reviews. They ordered over $35,000 in material through us and never paid a dime. The only reason we collected any of it was because the local hospital paid up when they wouldn't. Still have unpaid invoices that we will never collect. Unfortunately zero stars isn't allowed

Gutter installation crew did a great job. Very efficient, knowledgeable , and cleaned up all removed debris after installing the new gutter. The new gutter looks very nice. I am pleased with the results.

Jose came out and evaluated a downspout leak issue; turns out the vertical drain section was just at the wrong height; so he just fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge me. 🤯

Oregon Gutters is phenomenal! Courtney and Becca are the most professional, courteous team I've ever spoken with. They were on top of every detail along the way. The workers followed through with an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company!!

They took months to finally come install the gutter we ordered, but it was not the color we expected. We were going off pictures on their website and they do not correspond to what the colors are like in real life. They offered to send samples, but they never followed through on actually providing us with color samples. We paid extra for a colored gutter and now will have to paint it to get it to be correct. Customer service was not helpful - they just wanted to argue rather then work with the customer.

Our new gutters were poorly installed and have not been draining properly. I've been trying to have someone come out and address this for over one month now, calling multiple times a week, and have only been hearing the same thing from the front office about how they will leave a message with dispatch and have someone get back to me as soon as possible. I'm appalled by the lack of regard for customer service, and want a refund at this point. It's not too much to hope for functioning gutters after buying brand new ones in August. Very Disappointed.

Very professional, fair price, excellent work and follow up from start to finish. Above all, they listen you and do their job to your satisfaction. I highly recommend Oregon Gutter Services for people who need to fix their gutter.

Quoted for the replacement gutter I needed and identified a couple of other areas that had been badly installed by others years ago that would have caused future problems if not fixed.
Quoted all the permutations I asked for to allow me to select the most critical bits for an affordable scope.
Had to reschedule first appointment since their first job overran, but let me know as soon as it was clear they would run out of time (good communication). Next appointment was early in the day and prompt arrival. The two man crew were extremely professional and personable. The extra remedial work I thought would be hacked about in situ was achieved by removing, re-trimming nearly and reinstalling. What would have taken me a whole day to do badly was done beautifully in about an hour. Would definitely use again.
