Had Oregon Gutter Service out to repair two side gutters and to perform a gutter cleaning. They were very easy to work with, prompt to return calls, and scheduling was quick and timely to meet our schedule. I cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to have a company that walked the walk and delivered service. Would recommend them to all who need gutter service and cleaning.

Glad I found Oregon Gutter Service. I had a small job, installing a gutter on a newly built shed. Very happy with the result. Price was reasonable, and the installers were happy to answer my questions. Easy, and seamless. I recommend.

We desperately needed all of our gutters replaced and Oregon Gutter Service was fantastic. They replaced all of our gutters and installed gutter shields in a mere day and a half. They went above and beyond to ensure that our fascia was in good shape, our downspouts were relocated to better drainage positions that still blended in well with our exterior, and cleaned up after their work very well. Highly recommend.

Very positive experience. Only four days from initial inquiry/estimate to completion! Crew was very communicative and polite and gave me a sense that my satisfaction was all that mattered. They made some good suggestions, and tackled some unique challenges. Office staff was top notch as well - courteous and attentive. We had all new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards installed. Would not hesitate to recommend Oregon Gutter Service to anyone!

I'm not quite sure why my experience was so difficult. Oregon Gutter Service missed four appointments to do a small gutter job for me over about a month. In two cases, I wasn't even notified ahead of time. They simply didn't show up. They also said the minimum charge was $450 (of which I paid half up front). In the end, I canceled the service and hired another company - which charged only $250 for the job. Finally, without asking, they put a sign on my yard at the beginning of the whole episode

On the plus side, they were apologetic and refunded my down payment very promptly.

After calling several companies to get a quote for a gutter repair and all of them doing a google search of my house and quoting me. Oregon Gutter Service was the only one that actually came to my house to assess the area. They also gave me the best quote. Everyone was great from sales, scheduling, to installation. Will definitely use again in the future.

They were able to schedule an estimate for the day after I called. Jose called half an hour before he arrived and quickly got on the roof to complete the estimate. There was debris from having the roof done this past spring blocking one of the gutters and he removed it while he was up there. He was honest with me and said the gutters were clean. I appreciate this kind of customer service!

We had a smooth experience with Oregon Gutter Service in estimation, communication and installation of the new gutters. The snag came when I climbed onto the roof and discovered standing water in the new gutters due to lack of drainage (the downspout was not clogged).

The not so good:

- There is standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, at the bottom of two newly installed gutters due to lack of drainage.
- Contacted the company, got the following reply: "Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters"

The good:

- Easy communication with the main office.
- Quick and professional estimate for the job. All questions answered. And this was around Christmas time when it is hard to get someone to come over.
- Quick service: crew did the job in less than a week after the estimate.
- The crew was clean and professional.
- The new gutters look nice, are sloped away from the house, so that any overflow will drain away from the house.
- The new gutters are working well, there is no overflow even in the downpour rains.

Details:

- Standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, remains at the bottom of the gutter alongside the entire 24 foot length of the newly installed south-facing gutter due to lack of drainage.
- About two-thirds of the length of the newly installed west-facing gutter has standing water in it as well.
- At the same time, the newly installed east-facing gutter drains properly and dries out.
- Contacted the company, got the following reply from the office in about a week's time after submitting the pictures of standing water in the gutters:
"Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters"

The problem was a gutter leaking and water running down a window on the second floor.
Oregon Gutter services quickly responded to my call and sent Jose to check out the leak.
Jose knew exactly how to fix the leak, and double checked that he fixed the leak by using a hose to run water in the gutter.
No more leak!! He used a durable sealant and added some metal flashing to do the repair.
I am super pleased with the results.
I highly recommend Jose to fix any gutter problems. He is an outstanding young man who wants to do a great job, and he did. I will definitely call again for any future gutter problems.

These guys were great! We had a full gutter replacement and they were efficient and responsive. They offered a wide range of colors and we were able to choose one that complements our paint color and new roof. The price was competitive, even before the June special discount that we got.

Our very old house needed new gutters and we decided to go with Portland Oregon Gutter Service. Although the job was rescheduled the day before it was scheduled, we were blown away by the install team. Nothing about our roof was sloped properly. The inspection was thorough, honest and informative. We needed some repairs to our gutters after getting a new roof last year, The flashing didn’t lineup. The estimate to fix was reasonable, and we added some mesh for the side where the trees drop stuff into the gutters. Scheduling was easy and the job professional. 5 stars!

The service was great and excellent. Jared the project manager was at the top of it. He responded to my calls and messages right away and made sure that I am comfortable in all the steps to finish my project. The repair team did an excellent job in repairing the ceiling, texturing and paining it. The movers and cleaners were great everything was back to normal. I can't say enough great things about Service Team of Professionals (STOP). Jen helped get me set up and checked in to make sure things were going great a couple times. She's fabulous! Jake E. came out to the house first and made great recommendations. Then we worked with Jake Wynne for most of our work. He was professional, knowledgeable, on top of everything, and extremely responsive. After months of us trying to wade through trying to figure out who we should call and what needed to be done, as well as having different folks out to look, Jake Wynne led us through the process and made it feel easy.

I always felt that he knew what he was talking about and cared about making sure the job was done right. The other companies that they recommended for us were great, which further built trust. Let’s be real…nobody WANTS to have to contact a company like this…but when the need arises this is THE company to contact. Our bathroom flooded and the team at DRYmedics was quick to answer their phone and all of our questions. We were stressed out as we don’t deal with this kind of stuff regularly however the DRYmedic team DOES handle this stuff daily. Their team was professional, prompt and respectful. I didn’t feel “stupid” for not knowing what to do. They walked us through the process and we are overjoyed with the results!
