If I could give them 10 stars I would! I am very satisfied with all of their work and the process! I had a dishwasher leak that destroyed quit a bit of things in my kitchen and they fixed it all and restored it. Communication was fast and very good. Jared the project manager was so empathetic and he put our minds at ease. He came in and took on all the burden to do all of our repairs. He responded very quickly and communicated fast and clearly! It was a 6 month process due to these times we're living in but he was with us the entire way through and made our space as convenient as possible through that time.
I want to shout out some of the fantastic workers that came into my home! Ricky was personable, knowledgeable and helpful! Daniel was very thorough and also knowledgeable.. he did great work! Luis and Bo also were friendly and cared about their work being done correctly. Thank you all again so much! There are many names I didn't mention but team work and excellence was the theme through the whole project! I love my kitchen more than I ever did before!

The team from STOP was friendly, responsive, on time, and did good work. Everyone we dealt with, from the coordinator to the laborers doing the work were helpful and courteous. The team did a good job of sealing off the area and they were diligent in keeping things from getting dirty. Our insurance company recommended them and I would for sure recommend them and would definitely use them again if we needed remediation work done (which I hope we don't--once was enough!).

When my ex-wife flooded the upstairs of our house one Friday morning, I had no idea what to do. Thankfully, after some quick searching, I found DRYmedic Restoration Services—and thank goodness I did!

They arrived incredibly fast (within an hour of my 6 a.m. call), set up dehumidifiers, and prevented the situation from becoming much worse—like "loss of structural integrity" worse.

On Monday, they followed up, which was a lifesaver because the washing machine had also started leaking after all the laundry I’d used trying to clean up the great flood. That turned out to be another issue entirely, and I was about to be out of town for a while. They scheduled a checkup to address it, and I’m looking forward to their visit on Monday.

While the circumstances that led me to rely on DRYmedic weren’t ideal, every experience I’ve had with their team has been exceptional. They’re punctual, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough—thank you again, DRYmedic, for all your help!

Cris did a fabulous job taking out all the materials when we had water leakage in the bathroom. He made sure the area was protected by putting all the disposable gate with plastic covers and wear shoes with protection so our carpet won't get dirty. Also, he made sure the hallway carpet was covered with plastic cover too, as I asked. I also had positive experience speaking and getting help with their estimator. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

My account manager, Carolina, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, making me feel completely confident in understanding the next steps in the water mitigation process. Love the services since day one to finish. Nick took my emergency call around 11PM about mold on the wall caused by roof leaking. Seth and his team took a very good care of the water remidation. They all are very professional and polite and I'm very satisfied with their works.
