Crew arrived on time and got right to work. Very friendly and professional. New gutters installed and they look great, color is a perfect match. The leaf guard they added will make life easier. Very satisfied overall.

I contracted Oregon Gutter Service to replace my back gutters and add a downspout. I paid 1/2 of the bid up front. My new gutters were supposed to be installed on November 16th. So far, no new gutters and I am getting the run around from them about when the installation will happen. I would NOT recommend doing business with these people. While others may have had a good experience, mine has been terrible and I suspect fraud.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by everyone with whom I interacted. The team who installed my gutters (Robert, Xavier and Jeff) were the picture of politeness, and professionalism. My job had many complicating factors and they worked with me in a very considerate and helpful way. All in all it was a model experience. High praise.

Great place to get your gutters fixed or replaced. Lucas spent 15 minutes reviewing my gutters and gave me an estimate to replace my 18 year old gutters. Rick and Cree came and installed the new and took away the old. I'm happy with the fast and professional service. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for new gutters

Good repair on the gutters + excellent job cleaning them. Removed most of the moss and applied a powder that has dissolved and hopefully will keep our roof moss-free. Great job.

As a contractor myself, my expectations are higher than average, and have seen truly awful work by other gutter companies. The techs were on time, friendly, the progressive die machine was in excellent condition- meaning razor sharp folds, no scratching of the powder coating. The installation of the gutters were flawless, and I looked VERY closely at the install. I am happy to say I found a new gutter company.

We had our complete rain gutter system replaced by Oregon Gutter Service. Everything went as expected and the finished job is great. The crew who did the tear off and install worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. My only problem with the experience was the communication with the company. It seems to me that they could take some time to keep contact. Then, when the job was done, I handed the crew chief a check for my balance and didn't hear from the office until 10 days later when I got an invoice showing a balance due. It took me two calls before the check was suddenly deducted from my checking account. There has been no "paid in full" invoice or follow up. A+ to the install crew. C to the office and paper work.

Had my gutters and downspouts replaced and they did a fantastic job. They fit me into the schedule quickly and the crew showed up on time and completed the job in just a couple of hours. They were very professional and courteous and I'm extremely happy with the quality!

Oregon gutters were great. I had them install gutters on a 20' gazebo and the corners came out fantastic. This company also installed gutters on my 36x40' shop and house, and I haven't had any problems yet. Also, they had the best prices out of all the companies I had quoted on. My husband called this business to replace some rotten boards above our patio and install a gutter that it never had. They came out and quoted us a fair price. Within two weeks, they arrived promptly on time, replaced all of the old boards and installed the gutter all within 2 hours. They were very courteous and professional. Very good value, and excellent service, from start to finish. Responded promptly to request for a cost quote. Crew showed up as scheduled, completed the project in one day (in the rain!), and did a thorough clean-up when finished. Their work on the gutter and mesh screen installation was careful and high quality. Nightmare experience... Avoid this company if you can!
Back in September our upper gutter detached from our house and needed immediate repair. I called several companies and Portland Gutter was the first to reply. We waited a month until an estimator could arrive (Mid October). The estimator, Lucas, was very positive and reassured us that they can fix and clean our gutters for $1,000. We were thrilled and we signed a contract and paid 50%. The first available appointment was November 22. They never called and never showed up. For 4 weeks, we danced between rescheduling and continued no-shows. Finally on December 20th, a crew of 2 guys showed up and after 45 minutes they explained that they were unable to repair the detached gutter and they could not safely access the second floor gutters. Understandably, I was frustrated.

Lucas contacted us later that night to say he was reducing our invoice by $100 to $900 total. I was livid and started a dispute as the work was not completed and the tiny bit of gutter cleaning was done poorly (see attached photos AFTER they were supposedly cleaned!). After another week of calls and emails. Our bill was reduced to $291.

We have thrown up our hands. I cannot recommend this company and do not understand why their reviews are so highly rated.

I was a particular customer having been a retired commercial roofer by trade. I have to give credit where credit is deserved. Everyone in this company, from the woman who responded to my initial request for a quote, to the estimator, to the crew who actually replaced my old gutters in the rear of my house. Where all very professional, timely, respectful. Every thing particular to my job was achieved to my complete satisfaction. Even my wife was so impressed we decided that we called them back to get the remaining gutters replaced which will make the curb appeal much better when we decide to sell our home. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowners. Thanks again to the crew....well done.
