Lately, I've had a TON of homeowner-oriented ads in my Facebook feed. I randomly selected this one, cuz I wanted my roof and gutters cleaned. I spoke with Nathan directly last week. We discussed my special needs and he gave me a quote within minutes. He showed up on time today and was wonderful…both professionally and personally. Really nice young man doing a great job...at something I am in no way qualified to do. Give him a call!

Found the company thru FB and reached out for a quote. Nathan called pretty quick and asked very specific questions. He also asked if i was familiar with the process. I had told him i kinda was. But he went into the process in detail anyway and i really liked and appreciated that he did. He was also not afraid to say check other places too. Which i did and the other company gave me a lower quote. Not by much. But i stuck with Premier because I appreciated that he called and explained the whole process and what to expect. The customer service is on point. Paying was also a breeze. When he was here cleaning my roof he also updated on what he was doing. What process he was doing now. Again, his communication is on point. Some people just come over and quickly do the job and leave. Nathan doesn't. He takes the time to speak with you, make sure you understand everything, and he's very courteous and even better? He's very professional. My roof looks... And smells clean! Thank you for doing all that stuff in the rain. I know that wasn't fun, but he did it and want even worried about the rain at all. If you need your roof cleaned or gutters or whatever it is, he's your guy! Highly recommended! Thank you Nathan for being professional!

A++ I had Nathan and his team soft wash my roof. My Moss was getting out of control and he came and cleaned it all up leaving my roof looking like brand new. He was on time, efficient, and left no mess. His attitude and drive is amazing. He even had treats for my dog!! Look forward to seeing him again in the summer.
