The people at Cascade are awesome! Great customer service. I had them come out and pull and reset a toilet. Every step of the way they kept things clean and made sure to treat my house as if it were their own. They also gave me a bid on some painting I need done arpund the house at the same time! If you need drain cleaning or light construction work call Cascade! They do it all!

We had a very bad clogged toilet. Josh and his team did a tremendous job, keeping me apprised of possible outcomes and fixing the problem.

After a major drain/sewage backup we were connected with Josh Emenecker at Cascade and we couldn’t have asked for better! He delivers A+ service. Josh came out and got right to work while explaining everything thoroughly. He was so kind and understanding my mom needed flow restored to the mainline in her home. He rearranged some of his schedule to accommodate her emergency situation. He is so attentive and detail oriented, couldn’t recommend more!!

After a backed up drain couldn’t be fixed with a heavy drain cleaner I got ahold of Joshua who offered to come by same day later that night because the back up left the drain cleaning solution still in the sink - fuming up the kitchen. While it ended up not being necessary, the offer and commitment was there.

He was at our house the next morning and got the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom squared away and both now empty better than when we bought the house.

so I was needing a couple things done at my house that I just bought and was looking to get some of it done and stumbled across cascade building services and was reading the reviews and was like they have such good reviews on everything even plumbing that i thought i would try them out. Let me tell you what im glad i did! right away everyone was nice and they got their plumber joshuah to get hold of me and schedule. joshuah showed up and was so nice i needed 3 things fixed 1 of them was a slow sink but he checked the stopper and showed me it was slowing the water way down not it being clogged, he could of said ok ill fix everything and charged me for that but he didnt took the time to show me what was happening and that it was good to go! everything i asked for got handled so good that i will use them again amd again!! joshuah couldnt thank him enough
