Cascade Building Services did a great job buffing our floors @ our Hair Salon in Scappoose.

The crew we have is very polite, detailed, timely, and all of their employees are very professional. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Just recently, we had an urgent situation at our office and our account rep, Brian, was extremely helpful and responsive even after hours. We needed a few industrial fans to help clear out smoke and they responded immediately and helped us out big time by loaning us their fans and doing extra cleaning. Seriously, outstanding service! Highly recommended and best janitorial provider we've ever seen.

Joshuah Emenecker came out and found and unplugged a sewer drain for me. He communicated his time of arrival and what he was doing throughout the diagnosis as well as was timely and very professional is unclogging the leak. Definitely would use him again and recommend him.

My sewer backed up and Cascade came to the rescue. Josh was positive and professional. Had to get big snake out but cleared the problem! Plus they served my Mt Hood home. Bonus points because good help is hard to find up here.

Joshua Emenecker! He came in after a year of issues with our plumbing and after roto rooter!!! He was by himself for less the $300 he did a massive amount of work (pulling toilet, main pipe clean, snaking two drains) he fixed our issue, found the problem and we will be using them as a go to forever! Great staff. Josh, the employee, explained the process was explained in great detail. Drains were unclogged and my sewer scooped. He was nice and a hard worker, fast and easy! Would leave a 6/5 star review. 100% would recommend and refer to family!

Logan and the Cascade team are great to work with and very responsive. Have used them to do many small projects that other contractors would not touch. They do good work and they get it done on time. Will definitely use them for small projects and cleaning work.

I own a small plumbing company, I utilize Josh and Cascade as much as possible for drain cleaning due to not having the tools to perform the work and I would trust them to provide the highest quality work and communications with all of my customers.
