Terra-Sol Landscaping just completed a major overhaul of our backyard. We could not be happier with the result. We did a considerable amount of research earlier this year trying to locate skilled landscaping contractors since we knew it was going to be a big project. We ended up getting proposals from three companies. Terra-Sol's owner Dave Zimmerman provided a competitive bid (on par with one of the quotes but considerably lower than the other). What made the difference for us was his knowledge and professionalism. Just 24 hours after making his initial visit to our home to understand our landscaping vision, Dave provided us (at no charge) with a very detailed drawing of our proposed yard plan, incorporating some great ideas we hadn't even considered. We were very impressed by his promptness and his design, especially knowing how busy he must have been since he was already booked out nearly six months with other projects.

During the work, Dave was onsite every morning to ensure that things were going well. He was in constant communication with us throughout. His hard working crew was highly experienced, diligent and very meticulous. Having seen other landscaping jobs in our neighborhood often take two months to complete, we could not believe they did our entire project in just three weeks.

Their work included a major demo of the existing backyard, construction of a new larger patio with pavers and a stone retaining wall, regrading of the yard including drainage improvements, a full overhaul and upgrade of the sprinkler system, numerous tree and shrub plantings, re-sodding of the entire yard, bark dusting around the perimeter, and upgrading a pathway on the side of the house.

We feel so fortunate to have discovered Terra-Sol and would highly recommend them for anyone needing top quality landscaping work.

Working with Terra-Sol was a great experience from start to finish. Initially, we had hired another firm to create a landscape design plan. While we loved the plan, the bid to complete the work seemed quite high. We decided to get quotes from other firms, with Terra-Sol making the best impression and presenting the best mix of price and quality.

The project was completed this week, on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the outcome, and look forward to using our backyard. I would highly recommend Terra-Sol to anybody seeking landscape work (large or small). Lastly, the work crew was on time every day, listened to and answered our questions, and when the project was done they spent time cleaning up and power washing our driveway.

I can't speak highly enough about Dave and his crew at Terra-Sol. From start to finish, Dave listened to our requirements, provided expert guidance and worked with us to keep costs reasonable through varying pragmatic approaches. The crew at Terra-Sol were always polite, hardworking, and kept the site clean throughout the whole process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I hired Terra-Sol to do a patio replacement (took out concrete and added pavers), fence addition, and some other softscape work. They did a tremendous job, I could not be happier with their work. Dave was very helpful and even helped sketch out the design in the beginning. Once they started working, the team was incredible and moved very quickly. They were happy to accommodate some changes during the middle of the project and they stuck to their bid price. I talked to several landscaping companies and I thought they were the most thoughtful and reasonable out of anyone, and they proved it to be the case. I cannot recommend them enough.

We just had our front yard completely redone by Terra-Sol. We are very happy.

I explained to Dave what I was looking for, no grass, minimal upkeep hardscape. He sketched out a drawing and noted which plants he chose (I am not a plant person), this was exactly what I had in my head. The work crew were polite and kept things cleaned up.

The finished design was beyond my imagination!
