I found Otter Landscapes on NextDoor through word of post! I sought out a handful of other companies and made a list of who to call. This company was the only one to reach out on the same day & do an estimate on the same day. I was very impressed with his knowledge of what needs to get done with a large nearly abandoned all-over house yard after my gardening queen Mother passed on.
I've been very happy with his services & his work is noticeable the moment he leaves. It's very refreshing to have someone to trust with our yard who does a good job and is consistent, closes necessary gates so the dog doesnt get out & locks it up if I let him know were gone. I highly recommend Otter Landscapes for your weekly or long term yard maintenance. Totally worth his competitive prices!

I had Otter Landscapes out for fall cleanup. Their responses were prompt, they were on time, and worked with me and my specific yard needs. My yard was a mess with fall leaves and overgrown shrubs. Otter landscapes left my yard beautifully clean and shrubs looking healthier!

Otter Landscapes did a great job! They showed up right on time, charged a fair price, and did exactly what they promised. They removed some tough, established blackberry bushes and even came back for follow-up visits to make sure they didn’t grow back. Super polite, easy to work with, and very thorough. I’ll definitely hire them again for future yard cleanup and weed removal. Highly recommend!

The BrightView Team, Matt, Alex, Bryan, Ricardo, Craig and Gayle are Exceptional. We worked together on a recent event for Community Managers that was absolutely awesome, engaging, informative and even some comic relief (thanks Alex). Brightview goes above and beyond! The staff is pleasant and courteous. We are an older, large condominium association and because of Brightview we look like park. We tried a cheaper landscapers in the past, you get what you pay for. Brightview brought the property back with their excellent service and knowledge. In these challenging times, they are willing to work within our budget , and continue to make improvements to the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Profesional, responsive and efficient.

BrightView Landscapes has been the landscape company for our HOA for many years. Aside from keeping our entire community looking beautiful, they also work on special projects. Recently, they removed a large amount of Carex which was taking over the landscaped area in front of our house. They then filled the excavated area with compost and moved two large boulders from other areas to ours. We planted new, native shrubs around the boulders and spread bark mulch. It looks amazing! The crew was great to work with and I look forward to working them again on an upcoming project in our back yard.

Points for friendly crews.

Brightview is generally incompetent and fails to follow directions. When contacted to discuss a problem, they're impossible to reach. Errors that have been discussed are repeated over and over again. They have damaged and even entirely removed plants without permission. Their crews have no idea how to prune bushes. They quoted SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS to remove and replace three dead arborvitae.

Driver from the company rear ended me and left the scene.

Seem to create more work for themselves through poor techniques and lack of attention to detail

Since Jade has taken over as branch manager and Nick has taken over my account at Cedar crest my property has really come together. I would like to thank Jade Nick and there team for suiting up and making it happen.

Whatever they do and however good they are it should not excuse them from parking properly especially when there is ample space on the lots around.
