I seen Premier Softwash add on FB & seen pics of the work they completed on other roofs. I was a bit skeptical at 1st because I've heard many horror stories from other companies doing work on homes.

I sent Nathan a dm on FB & he responded minutes later. Nathan sent me some pics of other roofs to I could give him a description of what my roof looked like.
After informing him on what the moss condition was on my roof, he sent me a quote minutes later. Then I was able to schedule their service & get locked on a specific date & time.

First off I want to start by saying this was a great experience, start to finish using Premier soft wash. From first calling the business phone, to finishing the job was overall a excellent and professional experience. Nathan is a great guy and I knew from the first call that he would be the bid I would accept. The good work ethic did not stop there! He was on time and made sure to communicate so that we both had a good understanding of what time he would start the job. Not only was his communication very professional but so were his skills in this business. He was able to clean my front driveway and retaining wall leaving a new look that I was impressed with. Nathan and helper were very respectful to us and our property. The Christmas lights were beautiful and perfectly installed on each roof line. Worth The Money. When we were ready for the lights to be removed, they came the same day! I would use Nathan at Premier Softwash for more than Christmas Lights. He’s the first person I will call for house washing or any pressure wash needs.

UPDATE - Just had Premier Softwash complete a Softwash on my roof and clean my gutters. Nathan arrived on time and did a professional job. Also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Will be having him out later this spring to power wash my concrete and driveway.
