Parker and his team are friendly and appear to work hard. My issue is twice they have made mistakes leaving my roof/gutter at risk.

The latest issue was after a roof cleaning, I found a anchor bolt used to support electrical conduit ripped out of my roof leaving a hole. Parker denied one of he crew caused the damage but mentioned they noticed the damage but didn't tell me. Are you kidding me? Totally unacceptable. They have been the only ones on my roof for months. I don't believe in coincidence so I do think one of his crew caused the damage but to notice roof damage and not tell the home owner is not OK.

The crew did a high quality job of moss removal and treatment on our roof! Really easy and good communication with the entire staff. They showed up when they said they would (actually early) and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards! Highly recommended!

Great experience with Parker and his teammate. We got pressure cleaning done for our house and his teammate spent almost whole day taking care of every nook and corner. P&M recently cleaned and treated our roof as well as cleaned the gutters. They were extremely fast in responding to my request for a bid, provided fair pricing and then got us scheduled right away.

They did a great job. They were on time to start the job, and finished the job right on time as well.

We definitely recommend P&M Pressure Washing! Parker and his team did a fantastic job killing the moss on our roof, cleaning out our gutters, installing gutter guards and cleaning the skylights. They even sent us before and after pictures from the roof. They also do pressure washing, window washing and Christmas light installation. We will be using them again in the future.

Working with Parker and the team was great this past holiday season! They were responsive, fast, efficient, and did quality work. For our home, we wanted a really clean and warm look, so we requested lights along the trim of our roof and around our garage - they clearly delivered! Festive, bright, and looked great all season long. They did everything from setup to takedown and programmed everything to a timer - minimal input from us except to tell them what we wanted. I’d highly recommend them for hanging your seasonal lights!

Great cleaning job - NOT! I should leave a one-star but I am too diplomatic to. I hired them once to clean my house that I use as an Airbnb. I relied on the reviews being honest and expected that they would leave my house well cleaned for my mext guest. Fortunately through a stoke of luck, I returned to town before the next guest and was completely shocked. The pics speak louder that words. That is my fridge after I cleaned out tons of left behind food and totally uncleaned freezer. I ended up spending more than an hour to get the house clean.

Solidservice, but more importantly, reliable. Anyone can clean great once, but I’ve been getting regularly biweekly deep cleans for a while now and finally decided to leave a review. If I haven’t taken this down, my place is still spotless!
