I ordered the presure washing for my back and front yards. I was very pleased with the work done. The workers were very professional, were on time and polite. They did everything that I had asked. Thank you very much.

Daniel was very thorough, professional and patient working with me until we got the scoop of work written up to my complete satisfaction. Multiple crews worked on the restoration and staining of our back deck and front porch which included replacing some planking. And restoring and applying non-skid paint on our steps and wheelchair ramp. There were a number of small issues that needed attention at the end of the project. Paul Schopp inspected the project at that point and identified a number of small issues that still needed attention. He said his goal was to make sure we were satisfied with the job his folks did. He sent Alejandro out to finish the job and to make sure everything was completed and that we were happy with the finished project. Alejandro did an outstanding job finishing the project and we are very happy with the completed work. Jennifer and Shannon at the main office were great communicating with me throughout the project. They were the consummate professionals and coordinated everything with me from scheduling of the work to billing. Paul has a great team of hard working professionals. Schopp's Home Maintenance will be putting up our Christmas lights this year. And we will be calling on them in the future to meet our home maintenance needs.

We hired Schopp's home maintenance to pressure wash our driveway and patio. They arrived on time and did a good job. Contacting them and scheduling were easy and they were responsive. We just felt that the price was on the higher side. Otherwise, would have given a 5 star rating. They did tell us the price in advance, so there weren't any surprises. But we still think the price could have been a bit lower.

Schopps refinished our deck in 2022 and did an AMAZING job. They have been putting up our Christmas lights for years, always do a good job. Highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience working with Schopp's on our holiday lighting this year. We had used another company last year and was disappointed that it took two attempts to install the lights so all were working. Schopp's lets you keep the lights for use next year which reduces your cost the next time!

Super happy with Schopp's Home Maintenance. I will be using them on a regular basis! I recently had them come to my home for window washing and gutter cleaning. They were on time, professional, and super friendly. The gentleman that washed the windows showed great attention to detail, making sure that every spot was removed from the glass. The price was very affordable too! 10/10 Would Recommend!!!

I can't believe another 7 years has passed since this last post! 14 years now and they are still amazing. They put up my lights every year and have also done other maintenance...gutters, power washing, etc... Fair pricing and their employees always do a great job.

Total professionals, start to finish. Down to earth and hard working. Ismael and his painting crew were punctual, careful, detail minded, thorough, and personable. I have used Schopp's for various projects over many years. Their prices are about in the middle, but in my opinion the excellent value I receive is well worth the cost. Schopp's is a partner in the investment you make in your home. They are large enough to get the job done, but small enough to care about the quality of their work, and their reputation. I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.

I have been using Schopp's Home Maintenance for decks and pergola cleaning and annual treatment since 2010. They have also been doing my windows in
side and out for a few years, and most recently they stained my new fence.
Schopp's is the best, always good work, good workers, take care to clean up after their work.
I think Paul does excellently at choosing his workers. And Paul himself is fair and honest and trustworthy.

Terrible experience with the light installation. I’m overseeing the Christmas light installation at my parent’s house and the guys who came to install the lights last week didn’t speak any English and just abandoned the project. Schopps didn’t call my dad or try and reschedule.
So I decided to do it myself and noticed the workers last year had ripped the stucco off the house using a hot glue gun on the light strands and did not mention that to my dad.
Very upsetting. Shady service.

Schopp’s does my custom Christmas lights. Very responsive to phone calls and emails. Great follow through. Reasonable pricing. Professional and nice guy came out to install. The lights look great. This is my second year using Schopp’s. They make having Christmas lights on the house very easy for scheduling, install, and take down and they are much better looking than anything we could have done ourselves. I plan on have them do even more lights next year. Once you see what they can do, you want to do more!

We have used Schopp's for both regular services (housekeeping) and one time projects (backyard). They are incredibly professional, do a great job and are very nice to work with. We could not recommend them more highly.

We have a team from Schopp's come and clean our house every 2 weeks. No kidding, the house literally *sparkles* when they are done! Not sure how they do it, but fussy surfaces like stainless steel and hardwood are always streak-free and gleaming. All of the people are polite, friendly and a joy to have in our home. We've tried other cleaning services, but Schopp's is the only one that consistently arrives on time and does the job right. Thank you all!

I've been using Schopps for regular house cleaning services and I'm very happy with the quality of their people and their work. They bring everything needed. They pay attention to detail. They use excellent products. They are efficient, in and out quickly and courteously. Highly recommend!

Schopp's performed a restoration of our cedar deck, removing old stain and restaining in a lighter color. Because of weather delays, it was a multi-step process. Everything was done perfectly! All of the workers were on-time and knew their jobs. The office support was also excellent. This is one of many jobs I have had Schopp's do for us over the past 5 or so years, and they are my preferred (only) maintenance crew.

6-27-2024: The Schopp's crew returned to do window washing both in and outside and repair a gutter down spout. Very professional and respective of our house inside and out. I have always been pleased with this company.

1-14-2025: Schopp's crew removed roof moss, treated for recurrence of moss, and then cleaned gutters and replaced some of the older, rusted gutter screens. All professionally done with thorough clean-up afterwards.

I had a tree fall on my fence during the recent ice storm. Schopp’s Home Maintenance was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process from bid to completion. Their prices are competitive, you can pay digitally (a big plus for me), the crew showed up on time and the quality of the work is outstanding.

Schopp's Home Maintenance did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters. While they were on the roof, they observed some moss and took the time to come down and show me pictures, and then provided me the option to treat it while they were up there. They were thorough, efficient, and cleaned up exceptionally well after themselves. Don't hesitate to work with this company!

The crew from Schopps did a great job putting up and taking down my Holiday lights. When they took down the lights they cleaned my gutters. I’m ready for Spring and the cost was very reasonable.
