I moved into a home with a wraparound deck made of a Brazilian hardwood. The previous owner had put a coat of polyurethane on it and I thought it was ruined, but the Schopp’s guys brought it back to life. They worked so hard on it, sanding some parts by hand. I had around 10 different bids to refinish the deck, but Schoops were the only ones to understand how to strip and then refinish it bringing out the beauty of the wood. Nice people and a great company!

We started using Schopp's service for our house cleaning last year and can't be more happy with them! The owner Tomi is very easy to communicate with and the staffs are great. They do an awesome job cleaning our house every time they come. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience with Schopp's Home Maintenance, from start to finish. The front office let me know where I was in the cue for service, and when they'd be here. Their employees cleaned, sanded, and stained our back deck and teak patio furniture.The workers were on time and did a great job, even checked with me to make sure that the teak stain I'd bought was indeed the color I wanted. No weird stuff like you can get from so many contractors. Nicely done, Schopp's.

We've used Schopps to install our Christmas lighting for the past 17 years. They have always done an outstanding job, quick and professional for a very reasonable price. This year we had lights that came undone with a wind storm and they were quick to get everything fixed. I can't recommend this company enough!!

It was only 5-years since Schopp's finished my (then) new deck but I wanted to really preserve the lattice. Its back to near original condition now. Good job Alejandro and crew.

We just used Schopp's for gutter cleaning and moss removal on the roof. The were very responsive in giving me a bid and then scheduling. They did a great job. I was scheduled to do have this done last year by another company that was so terrible from the bidding to the scheduling that we finally canceled and waited. So glad we did. Schopp's was great and the price was reasonable.

Schopp's Home Maintenance staff cleaned the many windows of my home. They did a fantastic job. Very professional. I am pleased with the excellent work they did.

I have used Schopp's Home Maintenance for fence repair, gutter cleaning, hanging, and removing my house Christmas lights. The best part is if you have lights go out, they will come and replace them. The office staff and crews have all been great and easy to work with.

I most recently had them clean my windows. The crew showed up right on time, and were efficient and conscientious. They put booties on their feet so as not to drag in dirt while inside. They even cleaned windows I hadn't thought of in my garage. All my windows look so good!

Schopp’s cleaned our gutters this past winter and we are so pleased. After removing the contents of the gutters and checking for any clogs in downspouts, they pressure washed the outsides of all the gutters. They then cleaned the decks, walkways and driveway. Jason and Martin were kind, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Best gutter cleaning we’ve ever had.

I'm always pleased when the nice weather rolls around and Schopp's comes by to pressure wash my transparent lanai cover and the patio below it. The guys always do a great job and tidy up the work site before leaving.

Martin did a wonderful job staining our deck. He took much care to apply the stain evenly and I appreciated his attention to detail. It was a job I used to do myself but I will never do it again when Schopp's does such a great job

I had Schopp's clean my windows inside and outside. A crew of two men showed up on time and were well equipped. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning the windows. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.

We used Schopp's services 7 months ago to refinish our decks, so when it was time to refinish our fences and rebuild a small retaining wall, we called them again and boy are we glad!! The fences look like new. Adam came out again for the quick and accurate estimate. The crew (Ismael, Francisco, Martin, and Kevin) worked hard for 2 days. They were professional, respectful of our and our neighbors' properties, and efficient . You should look no further than Schopp's for any maintenance needs!
2023 update: Martin and Paulo came out to replace two posts and an old gate on one side of our place and replace the gate on the other while they were here. They said they'd arrive at 9. They got here at 8:55 and pitched right in! By 4, it was all done and fabulous. They even swept the driveway. Thanks so much for another job well done!

We had Schopps put up our Christmas lights. They came on time and did a great job. When we had a bulb burn out, they came and fixed it right away, and left us with an extra. It is a little odd to request full payment before the job is complete. It didn’t feel right being asked for the balance up front and they explained that this was the policy. I paid it and they did complete the job.

Schopps did an excellent job cleaning, sanding and then staining our hardwood deck. They were helpful and courteous and hard-working. They even went above and beyond when they, without being asked to include our beat up old bench in the rehab.

I would definitely recommend them for other projects and plan to use them again in the future.

I've been wanting to do this for years. So thankful the team at Schopps was available. They are the best. Truly a perfect installation at every level. Merry Christmas and thanks again. See you in January for the removal.

The guys did a great job power washing an painting our fence. Everything they had to move was carefully replaced and the fence looks great! We really appreciate how the house and nearby trees were protected from the paint spray the great job of power washing our driveway.

Came in after a bathroom & floor renovation left construction dust everywhere— couldn’t be happier with the quality of deep cleaning they did! Our house felt brand new again. Appliances, window sills, furniture, walls, the attention to detail really showed. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give
