Had insulation added to my attic and put it the floor. Arrived as scheduled, were quick and efficient. Had some slight confusion over one detail, but it was easily clarified with one phone call so things could still move forward smoothly. And when done, they helps with completing the forms for the energy rebates which was really, really appreciated.

We are happy and satisfied with the final product of adding exterior wall insulation, however, we were dissatisfied with the quote and final payment estimate.
I suggest the company takes better measurements of the areas that are actually filled with insulation.
During the initial evaluation, they provided us with a quote by taking very rough and approximate measurements. During the insulation process, some areas weren't able to be filled, however, the invoice we received was for the initial rough estimate. We re-measured the final areas filled with insulation ourselves, and it turned out to be 25% lower than the estimate/quote. The company came out again to evaluate our measurements and agreed that we were correct. We were happy to pay for the actual service received but we wish the process was smoother

The project of improving my attic insulation was easy from start to finish with this team! Everyone was professional, informative, neat and helpful, from the assessor to the scheduler, the installers and the office staff. They handled the EnergyTrust incentive/rebate so all I had to pay was the (surprisingly small) balance owed. Thanks to all!

Had a great experience. Met with field rep. He determined job was ready for install, got on his computer and got me scheduled. By the end of the day I received a call from his office telling me they could move me up on their schedule. Boom 2 days early they showed up did the install and cleaned their way out of my home! Great people working for a great company!

We recently moved into our house and quickly noticed that our heating bill was nearly three times higher than expected during the winter months. I called Northwest Weatherization to do an inspection and help figure out what was going on.

They found that there was barely any insulation in the attic and none on the HVAC pipes or under the floor. Their team came out and insulated the attic and crawl space, and they also reattached and properly sealed all of the HVAC ducting under the house.

It’s still too soon to see the full impact on our energy bill, but the difference in comfort is already noticeable. The house feels warmer and the heater isn’t running nearly as often. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I’m glad we had them come out.

I had 3 estimates for insulation in my attic. Northwest Weatherization was only one who gave info about PG&E energy savings and rebates! In addition to home garage being insulated, i had move insulation added to my house and received a rebate! The sales rep was great work with and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The installation technicians did a great job keeping me informed of the progress and making sure I was involved in all phases of the project. Highly recommended!

Northwest Weatherization removed and replaced my attic insulation and repaired and sealed areas that would allow pest intrusion. The team was professional, incredibly attentive to detail and not only did a great job, they left my home spotless! I asked for and received detailed pictures of all of the work they did so I know it was completed. They are a very good value as far as pricing given the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them.

Had an employee follow me on the freeway in rush hour traffic for 2 miles shouting obscenities at me and tailgating because i apparently cut him off a couple blocks before the on ramp.
